Not to the standard of previous visit
Pros:

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
The location was wonderful.
The decor was tasteful and everywhere seemed cleaned to a good standard.
We were very much looking forward to our stay, having stayed here 9 years ago for our honeymoon and having had such a wonderful experience there.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor.
French toast was entirely soggy and cold.
Bagel was something I could have made in under 5 minutes at home.
The bed had a humongous dip in the middle that you kept rolling into. Needless to say that the sleep was not comfortable at all.

Lovely stay at the Chamberlain
Pros:

big spacious room, confy bed, delicious breakfast all in a good location right behind the Tower of London, 5 minute walk from the Metro station "Tower Hill"
