Pros:

Obwohl es wohl ein großes Hotel war, wirkte es sehr familiär, beim Empfang sowie im Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, Personal sehr nett, Service toll. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht von dem Hotel, wir hatten das so nicht erwartet.

We always have a great stay, location is perfect.

The staff is amazing, helpfull and nothing is to much. It was my husbands 55th birthday and the room was decorated.

Decent hotel, superb breakfast!!
Pros:

Decent enough hotel in a pub. The free drink was a nice touch. Good location. Easy check in. Breakfast was fantastic.. amazing choice from a proper menu. Cooked fresh by a talented chef. Huge thumbs up to the staff!!

Cons:

I was in the basement which was a bit damp and noisy.

Lovely hotel but could do with better beds!
Pros:

The breakfast was superb. Great position..right by the Tower of London and a two minute walk to the underground. Great restaurants nearby

Cons:

The bed was very soft and was two beds joined together so a large dip in the middle made for quite an uncomfortable night's sleep. The room was great but the window view is rather depressing.

Pros:

Un posto dove tornare per sentirsi a casa a Londra, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibilie, colazione favolosa, reception h24 pronta a tutte le soluzioni. Camera pulita, risistemata ogni giorno, bagno comodo e nella stanza degli extra come la nespresso e il bollitore che fanno sempre comodo con tea e biscotti a disposizione. Vicino a ben due metro. direi perfetto.

Lovely weekend at The Chamberlain
Pros:

The Staff were amazing and the room had every amenity needed. Breakfast had a fabulous choice of food. Decor of the Hotel was very cosy

Cons:

The Restaurant in the evening had very limited choice should you choose not to venture out.
