Great view from the upper sea view rooms. Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff, also to ensure the contact to the tour operator whom I had contacted already before my arrival and for renting a car on short notice.
The breakfast had limited choice and was the same every day. I ended up adding some extras myself.

Location is good very central to Koror, and great beautiful views of the city. Hotel clean and staff especially Philippino staff all were nice .
The breakfast is very very basic I had to buy my own things to add more variety. In fairness they helped me prepare my things . But breakfast can definitely be improved
Great and responsive staff, very clean, and good restaurant (and breakfast). For business it is a good location because it is within walking distance of nearly all offices. All hotels are a bit expensive in Koror but this one is worth the money.
I have stayed here three times and is works well each time, this was the only time that I had a small problem. Had ants in the room but the staff sprayed right after I asked them too and they were gone the rest of the week.
Note I am a tall person so some of the furniture is a bit short (like desk...), but workable!

It’s more city break hotel than leisure one. Location is just perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to everywhere. Possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Super comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Unfortunately breakfast was THE BIGGEST disappointment. For the price you pay breakfast is very very POOR. 3 options, one!! drink. No water offered. Some people gets coffee refills some don’t. We never got one. Fruit salad= 3 grapes and single slice of apple or quarter of mandarin. Quality of food is pretty poor too.
Very little vegetarian options for breakfast or dinner. Quite expensive dinner menu.
No hooks in a toilet, nowhere to hang your towels.
Nowhere to dry them either. As a hotel in place like this no line/ hook to dry clothes after water activities.
Single use toiletries- pretty disappointing to see in place where they claim to be so eco friendly.
Very little space for your clothes, huge wardrobe but no shelves.

The in-house restaurant has limited breakfast choice.However, their pizza's are one of the best i have ever eaten.
Location was great: close to the two main stores was walking distance. The hotel makes reservations for tours and explains that the cost does not include permits for different destinations which may be a surprise for some guests. The Red Rooster served delicious food, including breakfast. When I had a small accident (slippery shoes after the rain), doorman Phil rushed to help me, plus one of the ladies at the front desk. I am impressed with their concern and kindness, and I appreciated their kindness.
I had hoped to go on some of the tours, but, unfortunately, the ones I picked were not available. I guess I'll have to make another trip to Palau and stay at this hotel again!
