Palau township
Pros:

It was central to shops/shopping etc we were there before our liveaboard trip so were able to look at the town plus a hire car let us visit Ngardmau waterfall & the surrounding area. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of space in the room too

Pros:

We really liked out stay, mostly because of all staff and wonderful people at the reception, they are very helpful and welcoming, in general all the locals in Palau were very friendly and grateful for coming to their little island paradise.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved and offer more choices.

Das Hotel hat eine gute und ruhige Lage, obwohl es sich neben einer Hauptstraße befindet. Alles, was man braucht, ist schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und für die Inselverhältnisse sogar sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6. Stock, und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Das Zimmer selbst ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat auch eine Tiefgarage.

Pros:

Great view from the upper sea view rooms. Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff, also to ensure the contact to the tour operator whom I had contacted already before my arrival and for renting a car on short notice.

Cons:

The breakfast had limited choice and was the same every day. I ended up adding some extras myself.

Good value
Pros:

Location is good very central to Koror, and great beautiful views of the city. Hotel clean and staff especially Philippino staff all were nice .

Cons:

The breakfast is very very basic I had to buy my own things to add more variety. In fairness they helped me prepare my things . But breakfast can definitely be improved

Pros:

Great and responsive staff, very clean, and good restaurant (and breakfast). For business it is a good location because it is within walking distance of nearly all offices. All hotels are a bit expensive in Koror but this one is worth the money.

Cons:

I have stayed here three times and is works well each time, this was the only time that I had a small problem. Had ants in the room but the staff sprayed right after I asked them too and they were gone the rest of the week.
Note I am a tall person so some of the furniture is a bit short (like desk...), but workable!

Average facilities/ hotel service.. however very clean
Pros:

It’s more city break hotel than leisure one. Location is just perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to everywhere. Possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Super comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately breakfast was THE BIGGEST disappointment. For the price you pay breakfast is very very POOR. 3 options, one!! drink. No water offered. Some people gets coffee refills some don’t. We never got one. Fruit salad= 3 grapes and single slice of apple or quarter of mandarin. Quality of food is pretty poor too.
Very little vegetarian options for breakfast or dinner. Quite expensive dinner menu.
No hooks in a toilet, nowhere to hang your towels.
Nowhere to dry them either. As a hotel in place like this no line/ hook to dry clothes after water activities.
Single use toiletries- pretty disappointing to see in place where they claim to be so eco friendly.
Very little space for your clothes, huge wardrobe but no shelves.
