Pros:

Todo va bien, es un excelente hospedaje.

Cons:

Que el hotel si indica que es pet friendly, pero no menciona costos ya hasta que estás pagando, hizo que se desequilibrada un poco el presupuesto, pero todo bien.

Fue muy grato conocer este hotel
Pros:

Al llegar nos recibio Andy de concierge al que le comunique que viajaba con una persona autista y el tuvo mucha paciencia con mi hijo y lo transportó en la góndola, mi hijo estaba feliz y tranquilo por qué era justo lo que quería.

Al hacer el check out también nos apoyo.

Con una gran sonrisa y una excelente actitud.

Al igual que todo el personal.

Cons:

No había un teléfono en la piscina y yo quería pedir room service.

Eso podría mejorar

The staff was great! The room was clean and nice linens.

Cons:

My shower was lukewarm at best. There were kids running up and down the hall yelling and even knocked on my door! After a long day on the road and knowing it was going you be an early morning, I did told them to knock it off at 11. There was a train every two hours or so.

Les recomiendo ampliamente este hotel

el confort de las habitaciones es de 10, el bufett vale la pena, todo esta delicioso

Cons:

La alberca tiene poca profundidad y lamentablemente no hay vigilancia, puede llegar gente y hacer mucho escandalo o incluso lastimar a niños pequeños y nadie les dice nada

Pros:

Le falto variedad, los hotcakes super duros parecían galletas, había meseros pero no nos hacían caso cuando terminábamos un plato ahí los dejaron hasta que nos fuimos nos sentíamos muy incomodos por los platos sucios mientras desayunábamos, pagamos la habitación con desayuno incluido.

La ubicación esta lejos de todas las atracciones, ya es viejo el hotel.

Buena, pero si considerar la parte de la limpieza a cuartos
Pros:

Es mi hotel favorito para hospedarme desde hace 3 años, me gustó que esta remodelado y la atención de los recepcionistas y servicio a cuartos es muy buena.

Cons:

La limpieza, estuve 3 noches y nunca barrieron, me di cuenta porque se me cayeron unos dulces y al regresar por la noche en uno de esos dias vi el polvo y los dulces en el mismo lugar, los vasos, uno lo ensucie y nunca lo cambiaron el otro se lo llevaron, pues eran dos personas y no lo regresaron.
