Perfect start to our Sri Lankan travels.
Pros:

Świetny hotel przy plaży z bardzo dobrą obsługą i doskonałymi śniadaniami.
Pros:

Świetne położenie obiektu tuż przy plaży. Usytuowanie pomiędzy Parrot Hill a Coconut Hill - obie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Parę kroków do Turtle Beach, gdzie można zobaczyć żółwie. Bardzo dobre śniadania ze świetną obsługą. Cały personel hotelu zasługuje na pochwałę! Cisza w pokojach, ładny relaksujący widok z okna na ocean.

Cons:

Pokój i łazienka nieco zużyte, jednak wszystko czyste i przestronne.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach.
Pros:

Lovely location with large baicony looking out to sea. Great position right on the beach, offering a choice of sunbeds by the large pool or on the beach itself. Lovely walk by the sea into the centre of Marissa.
Rooms very large and comfortable, with fridge and tea making facilities.
Breakfast excellent, with delicious fruit plate and a choice of egg dishes.
Owners absolutely charming and very helpful.
Would recommend.

Magical in Mirissa
Pros:

The hotel is in a fabulous position on the beach and close to amenities. The owners and staff are fabulous, nothing is any trouble. They are always happy to help. Some reviews mention volcanic sand and older furniture. Do not let this put you off. There is road noise but I don't know where in Mirissa wouldn't have it

Goede ligging, heerlijke plek. Vriendelijke eigenaren, en onze dochter vond de hond fantastisch! Goed ontbijt met veel keuze. En een heerlijke kamer met uitzicht. Met een zwembad en een strand voor de deur. Wat wil je nog meer.

Tijdens het ontbijt vlogen er best veel vliegen rond.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand ist einfach traumhaft, und in der Umgebung – auch direkt am Strand – gibt es tolle Restaurants.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer hat uns begeistert, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang.

Was unseren Aufenthalt aber besonders gemacht hat, war das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight: frisch, reichhaltig und immer mit einer kleinen Abwechslung.

Disappointing to be let down on so little notice

Cons:

The fact they asked me to cancel our reservation on the day we were supposed to be arriving. We subsequently had to book another hotel on such short notice and on a busy Saturday. The room we booked was relisted on Booking.com

Excellent Hotel on Mirissa Beach
Pros:

We were highly satisfied with BeachMirissa. It clearly exceeded expectations based on our pre trip research of this hotel and others. Our room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the pool area with nice views of the beach and ocean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We have no complaints but will note that the beach is wider and nicer as you walk west to the other side of Coconut Hill. Seems the sand is quite different. Again, not a biggie and we'll also note a couple good restaurants are on the beach very close to the hotel.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

Everyone had a smile and couldn't do enough for us
The location right next turtle beach and short walk either down the beach or the crazy road to all other attractions
The rooms were a great size and even watched the sun set from our large balcony

Cons:

Bed was a little too hard for us but that seems to be thing in all hotels so far and didn't effect our stay

Not a bad hotel, but there are so many better hotels on the beach with the same or lower prices
Pros:

Rooms are big, specious and clean. Breakfast was very nice and the owners are nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel is not right on the beach and you have to walk a little to get to the beach, this part of the beach is at the very end of the beach, which is quieter but also dirtier. Most other hotels are just a step from the beach itself. The pool is disappointing and quite small with synthetic grass around it . The hotel has no design whatsoever not in the rooms or at the property itself.
