Cons:

Deje el auto en el parking del hotel, cuando lo retire tenia una ventanilla astillada, pedi que vean las camaras y supuestamente no tenian la grabacion.
La comunicacion con el personal del hotel fue imposible, les envie una nota por la web que no respondieron.
No se hicieron cargo de la rotura y como debia retirarme a otra cuidad tuve que pagar el recambio en la locadora del auto.

Pros:

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

A estadia foi boa, mas acredito que alguns detalhes possam ser aprimorados. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais variado, a iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor e o banheiro mereceria um pouco mais de atenção quanto à limpeza e à manutenção, pois a torneira pingava e o secador de cabelo não funcionava adequadamente. São pequenos ajustes que certamente contribuirão para uma experiência ainda melhor.

Ok, já tive experiência melhor no hotel.

Ótima localização e ambiente excelente. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O restaurante ao meio-dia funciona até 14h30/15h, mas às 13h30 o serviço de reposição já estava péssimo. Precisei pedir comida do cardápio, que não era boa. Estava no último andar, saí do quarto às 10h e quando voltei às 14h o serviço de limpeza ainda não havia limpado meu quarto, o que me atrasou muito para o meu evento.
