Our TV didn’t work our toilet lid didn’t work. We got double booked in charge for two extra rooms that we did not book and they pulled it out of our account Our blow dryer didn’t work and we woke up with ants on us and ants all in our stuff. The staff did nothing to help us refused to give a refund and was talked to horribly and then hung up on when I called to talk to the manager the following day The worst place to stay, never stay at this hotel. Also, the pool was shut down, but they let us in there gave us the key without telling us. It was under construction. Went into unsafe unconditioned water.
Staff was so helpful and nice
Room was great ! Clean and fresh
Breakfast was perfect. Simple, clean and delish.
Thank you
ust now on Google
The room was clean but that’s about all I have nice to say about this place.
When you’re traveling and you have a long day and you arrive at a place, you just want a few comforts.
No one wants to drink out of plastic-wrapped plastic cups. Can you please look for a slightly more sustainable option. Glass is great, but even paper works.
The pool was drained, and the hot tub was empty.
The room was noisy, right next to the mechanical equipment room, and although the hotel did not seem to be that full, there were definitely people above us stomping around for three days in a row. Can you please consider where are you place people in room so that they are not in the most obnoxious places if there are other ones available?
So sorry that we used booking.com And that apparently means that no flexibility is afforded later. We just wanted to switch from two beds to one larger one. We are both tall and had to sleep separately.
Hot water was lost in the middle of the shower, after completely soaping up. It came back after about four minutes, but this was unpleasant to say the least.
And worst of all, the situation with the curtains was the last straw and caused me to go into a meltdown.
The blackout curtains only have a track that goes across a quarter of each window on the edge. They don’t actually close. What in the world happened to make anyone think this would be OK. Our room backed up to the pool and back patio where lights were blasting into our room and not only could we not have darkness when we’re sleeping, but there was no privacy. Luckily, I happened to have a binder clip on my chips, otherwise, I would’ve completely lost it. I cannot, and should not have to sleep in daylight.
The pancake maker was also broken.
We did have breakfast one of the three days, it was decent. Thank you for having paper plates for breakfast.
Space in the rooms.
The way they treat customers not very welcoming.
The location to my family‘s house celebration of Easter.
Hot tub didn’t work. Pancake machine the next morning was broken. But those little little things. The blackout curtains did not close all the way. We were able to use a binder clip to get them for about 98% however they also blocked the air-conditioning unit, which is isolated it from the room effectively having a miserable night environmentally. We’re on the first floor so you have to close the curtains. Otherwise my girlfriend felt very self-conscious.
Ideal place to stay in Jackson Ca. Close to everything. Staff are all accommodating.
The hot tub was unavailable. The blackout curtains do not close do people in the courtyard can look directly into the room. Also, this allowed light into the room at night preventing us from getting a good night sleep. I booked the room on Booking. Com and when I went to check in they would not change rooms to a King bed. This hotel chain is usually good but this hotel sucked!
I loved the breakfast, not much options when it comes to watch TV,(cable).
The location was perfect for every thing we had planned.
The breakfast wasn’t very good, but it was a nice addition since it was so convenient and right there.
The room was clean, quiet, and the right temperature. The staff were great. The breakfast setup worked well for me. The motel was easy to get to and close to the downtown.
It would have been more convenient for me if check-in was earlier than 4:00. The door to my room was quite difficult to open and close. It needs adjustment in its frame. I could never figure out how to operate the television but it wasn't a big deal for me. The coffee maker didn't work when I tried it in the morning. The phone/radio/alarm clock unit gave a beep or two beeps randomly during the night about every few hours waking me up. It was not ringing and it was not an alarm, just one or two beeps. This was a big deal.
The room was very comfortable. Also, the desk staff and dining room staff were very nice and friendly.
It was in a good area and quiet.
I came a little early but couldn’t get a room and I have medicine that had to be refrigerated. They wouldn’t help me. I had to bag my medicine in ice and put it in my car and drive all the way back to Murphys and didn’t get back to the hotel until 9:30pm.
I was attempting to get my reservation transferred to the tennessee hotel as that was who I was planning on staying at but they refused to transfer it and charged me for one night at both hotels.
Very friendly staff and very clean.
Nothing.
Very nice visit but found the front desk clerk working on March 12th was rather rude. We were trying to check in around 22:30 which was early for check in and she was very curt that we could not check in rather than nicely explain the situation. I had to suggest to her to take my number to text when our room was ready. We left and came back. On the other side your PM desk clerk Manny was excellent
He couldn't be more welcoming. He deserves 5 stars as well as your manager Terri
Stayed there to complete a business meeting. Convenient to my needs. Older hotel that could use some upgrades but personnel are super nice and very helpful. Jennifer, Mgr is an absolute angel, as is the Night Desk Clerk. This was my second year staying with them. Supermarket and nice restaurant are right across the street. Easy to walk to. Nothing fancy…just easy!
The staff is fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, nothing but smiles and nice people . Good water pressure, clean rooms and soft pillows.
Friendly staff. Room was great. Breakfast has a great variety. Breakfast room is very nice. We have stayed often and will again.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Jackson, Ca. First off the facilities were very clean and smelt good when we walked in the door. We were greeted by a staff member at the front desk who was cheerful and motivated to help us in any way needed. Two staff members really stand out in my mind Manny the night shift is absolutely amazing and the day shift girl ( I hope I don’t butcher the spelling of her name) Alyssa I believe was also amazing! The rooms are very clean the bathrooms large I could only suggest a different shower head maybe with more pressure but other than that the room was perfect! Breakfast was pretty good I loved the fresh baked goods Manny would make at night for the am. Over all our stay was a 10! Thanks Holiday Inn for a superb experience! Hope
