Completely unfase place. Staff was unwelcoming at the time of check in. Threatened us to leave property just because of requesting to change the noisy room.

How was this room even offered???
Pros:

What happened here? Likely will not stay again. Electrical outlets non functional in the bathroom. Fan non functional in the bathroom.Drawers refuse to fully close. Graffiti in the desk drawer. Oddly and worst of all...World Cup week...Fox and Telemundo are unavailable on your Dish network. Hello?!! Electricity and TV are basics. Wake up.

Not what we expected
Pros:

We will never stay there again way overpriced. The room was nothing more than a motel 6 room was not suite that we expected TV Didn't work no coffee pot in the room and the main thing that we went there for was to relax in the hot tub. They didn't bother to tell us when we checked in that it didn't work $285 for a terrible 4th of July. weekend

Well I usually stay at the Holliday inn express in Henderson nv 3 or 4 nights a week for work so I guess im pretty spoiled as for the jackson ca location I was very disappointed in the room they gave me they also made me wait to check in when im suppose to get early check in and upgraded room for being a platinum elite member i felt like the front desk lady could care less about me or my family the worst part is we planned our Yosemite and big trees vacation with this place being the take a shower good sleep and play in the pool well the pool and hot tub are absolutely disgusting so we couldn't use it i believe i should get my points reimbursed as this place should be ashamed of themselves as they absolutely are not keeping up with the holiday inn express reputation. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone to stay there

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was NOT CLEAN. Actually like unmentionable type hair all over the tub and shower. For $250 a night; that’s disgusting

I would request a different room away from the housecleaning courters if staying here.
Pros:

Location was nice, the pool and hot tub were good. About what to expect from a free breakfast.

Cons:

Spring mattresses and maybe just the room we stayed in but it had an annoying like beep for 30 second on 30 off.

Horrible bugs in the bed horrible staff horrible customer service all around horrible stay.

Our TV didn’t work our toilet lid didn’t work. We got double booked in charge for two extra rooms that we did not book and they pulled it out of our account Our blow dryer didn’t work and we woke up with ants on us and ants all in our stuff. The staff did nothing to help us refused to give a refund and was talked to horribly and then hung up on when I called to talk to the manager the following day The worst place to stay, never stay at this hotel. Also, the pool was shut down, but they let us in there gave us the key without telling us. It was under construction. Went into unsafe unconditioned water.
