Nice staff and clean
The room was cold and the beeping from something in hallway all night
staff friendly, room comfortable and clean
breakfast was fair
Breakfast okay - rubbery eggs but food selection was good. would like more types of fruit.
No working ice maker on the second floor. Towel dispensers in restrooms were not working. Fitness room and pool were not accessible at the listed times
Was located just minutes from where I has to be
Was quiet
The view onto the construction site next was not the best but not your fault
Its certainly OK, nothing to special but not too bad. The room was a bit dirty, like literal dirt on the bathroom walls. Breakfast was OK. Didn't have to much noise, and the climate control worked. The place has electric vehicle chargers, and they work. The pricing on them doesn't make sense for a hotel. They charge you per hour after the vehicle is finished, which means if you charge overnight you have to get up in the middle of the night to stop charging to avoid additional fees. Doesn't make sense to do that as I was the only person using the EV chargers and they have like 10 of them, so staying parked at it while I'm done charging doesn't impact anyone else.
No tv working no working refrigerator was told someone would fix and no one ever came
Service non working appliances
Nothing

Broken, filthy hide a bed. Dead bug in upper corner in cobweb
Long wait to check in (20 minutes with only one person ahead). Non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. Room had stains and microwave was dirty. Room hadn’t even been dusted. Overall big disappointment.
Upon entering the grassy area, a couch is immediately visible, prompting an inquiry into the nature of the accommodations. While the surface appears clean, a deeper level of cleaning is evidently lacking.
Our suite included a pull-out sofa bed, which unfortunately exhibited significant staining. Furthermore, the limited space made deploying the sofa bed impractical.
The provided beds were full-sized rather than queen-sized, potentially leading to discomfort for two occupants. Considering the nightly rate of $220, the value proposition warrants further evaluation.
The front desk worker was on her phone and not at the desk. When we asked for more milk she just shook her head.
We needed bubbly water for an acute upset stomach, but the vending machine was broken. The nearest open drugstore (for alka-seltzer) meant getting into a car in the middle of the night. When we turned on the tap in the wee hours, all we got coming out of the pipes for 10 minutes was air. The folks running the desk did not behave as though they had the authority or knowledge to explain or help resolve these problems. All this was disappointing. That said, the room was clean & well prepared and the location felt safe. But I guess, bring your own snacks & meds & comfort items, as you won't find them on site.
Clean room & very helpful staff.
Definitely to much money for this place
Some one else’s food in the refrigerator. Are you kidding?
Adjacent room that has “visitors” come in for loud 30 minute “interactions” in the middle of the night.Short enought to not turn off the car or the head lights.
No worries though. Do not disturb sign out as sun comes up.
An adjacent Stewart’s shop that has some women “looking for work” right behind the store from sundown to sun rise.
I thought they only made movies about such places. I never really thought they really existed.

The staff were very nice and polite, but it seemed like they were not very knowledgeable — almost as if the person helping me had just been hired and hadn’t received proper hospitality training yet. There was no sense of urgency with the service.
The vending machine was out of order, and it would have been helpful if they had mentioned that there’s a convenience store right next door where I could buy water and snacks.
I also had to check into two rooms because both rooms smelled like smoke. The final room was clean, and I appreciated the friendliness, but I think the motel could improve training for new staff and provide guests with better information about amenities and alternatives when something isn’t working.
