駅前ではないですが岐阜市の中心部です。
ゴミは各自で一階に持って降ります。バスルームの臭いは私の部屋は臭いましたが友人の部屋は臭いませんでした。
部屋や、シャワーカーテンを替えたタイミングで当たり外れがあるようです。
個人的には安く泊まれるので我慢できますし、機会があればまた利用したいです。

バイクの駐車は注意が必要。
Pros:

まずフロントの方が21時までしかおらず、それ以降はSECOMセンターに管理になりますので、遅いチェックイン予定の方は注意が必要です。
建物は古いですが、その中でも清潔に保ってあり、部屋も広めで静かでした。
バイクの駐車場がなく、隣のタイムズパーキングに大型バイクを場所寸借して置けるぐらいでしたなので、複数人のツーリング旅は注意が必要です。

チェックアウトは受付の銀色のポストに鍵を投入するだけなので、気楽です。

コストパフォーマンスの高く、快適に過ごせました
Pros:

建物や什器は古い感じですが、シーツやタオルなど清潔に保たれ、清掃も申し分ありません。エアコン、テレビなど快適にすごすことが出来ました。宿泊代を考えるとコストパフォーマンスが高いホテルです。外観は雰囲気を楽しみたい人には不向きかもしれません。

全体的にはまあまあよかった
Pros:

出張で使用したので寝るだけだったら申し分ない。こぎれいになっていて、フロントの対応もちゃんとしていて気分がよかった。
