disappointing - I will definitely pay the extra $15-$20 for a nicer hotel next time.

I honestly didn't expect a lot due to the lower price - so that's on me. But the front desk staff seemed friendly.

Cons:

4 night stay
Bedding was dingy and yellowed (no longer white) and the comforter had a large brown crusty stain (I didn't notice the stain until the morning we were leaving unfortunately). No coffee pods in the room. Had to ask for fresh towels, coffee, and cups and take it to the room ourselves (no housekeeping?). No breakfast of any kind. And the decor - a real "lipstick on a pig" approach. When leaving, another guest was at the front desk shouting and demanding to see the manager due to the mice in her room. So I promptly threw out the food we had left over.

Mediocre at best....
Pros:

The air-conditioning worked.

Cons:

The room was dirty (its been a long time since someone swept behind th4le door), one of the lights in the bathroom was out, the toilet was running nonstop, towels had a strong vinegar type smell, the pillows were disgusting.
