Overall satisfied enough. Tending to the deficiencies would boost the rating.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating on our late checkout request. Hotel was as expected. Restaurant was enjoyed. Free parking is appreciated.

Cons:

Room are no longer cleaned between days, which is fine, but we do miss fresh towels being provided. We did go to the get some at the front desk one day, but it is still a service that is missed. Also, the room was fine other than the fact that the lamps were very dim and as such the room was quite dark. A few of the lamps were on dimmers but they were turned up to the max yet were still not very bright. Also the pool was out of service.

Price is better than most. Beds are great. Rooms and pool are dark. There’s lots of cosmetic issues. Toilets need to hold handle to flush properly.

disappointing - I will definitely pay the extra $15-$20 for a nicer hotel next time.
Pros:

I honestly didn't expect a lot due to the lower price - so that's on me. But the front desk staff seemed friendly.

Cons:

4 night stay
Bedding was dingy and yellowed (no longer white) and the comforter had a large brown crusty stain (I didn't notice the stain until the morning we were leaving unfortunately). No coffee pods in the room. Had to ask for fresh towels, coffee, and cups and take it to the room ourselves (no housekeeping?). No breakfast of any kind. And the decor - a real "lipstick on a pig" approach. When leaving, another guest was at the front desk shouting and demanding to see the manager due to the mice in her room. So I promptly threw out the food we had left over.
