Pros:

Terrible smell, dirty mirrors, empty kleenex box, ants on ac unit.
Absolutely horrible lighting particularly in the bathroom.

Pros:

Location of hotel was perfect for us, the size of the room was great (family of 4 with 2 young children), excellent price for the area.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a few downfalls, while the rooms were cool and comfortable anytime you left them it felt like a sauna in the hallways and lobby. Not a huge deal but the two overhead lights above the beds in the room I believe were burnt out (we did let the front desk know on checkout) and just personal preference of course the beds are on the firmer side for comfort. Overall we did have a good night sleep, and were comfortable with our one night stay!

Super comfy beds, nice pool, friendly staff, beautiful seaglass beach hidden behind the motel!
Pros:

Close to the beach and amenities; the pool was great for my girls and the pillows were like clouds!

Cons:

Breakfast was not included and a little pricey for us so we ate elsewhere.

The food at the restaurant is very good and the servers very attentive.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and our server was excellent .
The bed was comfortable and the room was large with two large chairs.
There are two sinks in the bathroom but they are small.

Cons:

The bathroom was not as clean as we expected. It did not have an exhaust.
The TV could not be turned off so the screen light was on all night.
The music from the bar area conflicted with the recorded music in the restaurant so it was noisy.

Disgusted.
Pros:

Location was close to where I wanted to be. Initially the cost seemed reasonable.

Cons:

Lack of lighting in rooms, switches for existing lamps were located on the cord, but the switch was located under the air conditioner.
Air conditioner did not work properly, refrigerator warm, tv remotes not working. Refrigerator and television was reported, maintenance staff unable to do anything but apologize.
Room smelt old, floors dirty and in need or repair.
Hallway carpet old and very dirty.
Cockroaches in the room!
