Not pleasant
Pros:

Unfortunately there was little to like ..the outside facade was inviting.the rooms have comfortable beds good tv’s and nice tables. The bathrooms where a different matter!

Cons:

Inadequate parking. There was apparent water damage on the first floor, ceiling tiles showing water stains .hardwood flooring separating along seams, 3-4 dehumidifiers employed along hallway the smell of mildew perhaps mould in the hallway. The bathrooms have no air vents for removing condensation from using shower the moisture collected on ceiling and corners and resulting mould could be readily seen Room 213 the bathroom had new sink, tub and toilet nice fixtures. The painting of the walls and chaulking of tub was substandard obviously someone with little or no experience did a poor job. It was a poor DIY operation the whole bathroom experience left a lot to be desired. I will not make a retur visit nor could I make a positive recommendation to anyone friend or foe!

Not worth the money
Pros:

It was a place to sleep and shower.

Cons:

The bathroom had no fan, the floor was dirty especially behind the bed. The lights weren’t working in the room so I had to plug them in myself, there was no service to bring towels to the room and no phone to call down to the lobby. There was insufficient parking and the land around the hotel needed to be mowed. The hallways and staircases were stinky and musty smelling. The wall lights kept turning and nearly falling off of the walls. The key cards both stopped working the day we got checked in.

Pros:

Check-in and check-out were fine. The beds were good and comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine and the TV was fine as was the bathroom overall. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Staff also communicated well before my arrival with an issue via email. I didn't go to their restaurant. I was only at the Inn to sleep at the end of the day. The refrigerator worked very good and its freezer quickly froze my ice packs.

Cons:

The desk lamp in the room would not light up due to a problem with the switch. The floor lamp worked but the switch was bad on that too so I had to unplug it from the wall in onder to turn it on and off. The two lamps on the bed headboards did not work either so ultimately, I only had one dim floor lamp in the room at night so it was very dark. I had to turn on the TV for a bit of additional lighting. The bathroom fan did not work either. Small improvements (new lamps with proper working switches) would make a big difference.
I was nonetheless surprised that this Inn is affiliated with the Radisson brand.
