Zum Übernachten vollkommen ausreichend
Pros:

Nettes Personal, gute Lage
Erstes Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung durch.. bekamen aber sofort ein neues Zimmer

What a scam!! Nobody was there when I wanted to check-in at night, even though they approved my request to check-in after the reception usually closes (11pm). Calling the number of the reception and the emergency number several times, nobody answered and I was left all by myself in the cold gloomy streets of Wiesbaden. On google maps I found the nearest hotel that, according to what booking showed me online, still had an available single room. So I made my way at 2am to Garner Hotel which is far above the price class of City Hotel Wiesbaden, especially when taking a room without reservation. After informing city hotel Wiesbaden about their incompetence of accommodating guests and requesting a reimbursement for the night at Garner that I provisionally had to take, the hotel responded with indifference and unwillingness to make up for their mistakes. Never again!!!

Pros:

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück.
Besonders gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
Im Zimmer sogar Wasserkocher mit Teebeutel
- müsste man vorher wissen !
Einfahrt zum kostenlosen Parkplatz sehr beengt.

Overall, it was good for a one night stay.
Pros:

Good price for one night stay.

Cons:

The rooms were worn down, damaged and it smelled of cigarettes. There were random people knocking on the door at night asking to come into the room. It was really hard trying to get into the parking area.

Enttäuschend. Sollte sich nichts ändern, komme ich nicht wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist topp, Am Rande der Wiesbadener Innenstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Wiesbaden zu bieten hat.

Cons:

Ich war früher häufiger in dem City Hotel in Wiesbaden. Das Hotel hat bei nachlassendem Service trotzdem die Preise um über 50% für das Zimmer gesteigert. Der Parkplatz war früher kostenlos und diesesmal kostete er 15 € zusätzlich. Auch gab es früher im Gegensatz zu diesem Mal Frühstück. Der Service diesesmal war leider nicht gut. Ich habe mich vom Mitarbeiter am Empfang nicht willkommen gefühlt. So habe ich zum Beispiel kein zweites Kissen bekommen mit dem Kommentar: "Das Hotel ist halt leider ausgebucht". Damals war das Hotel auch manchmal ausgebucht. Dennoch konnte mir immer noch ein zweites Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Früher standen bei Ankunft zwei Getränke im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Auch das gibt es jetzt nicht mehr.
Die Austattung des Hotels ist einfach. Das war früher durch den geringen Preis zu rechtfertigen. Mittlerweile ist der Preis aber deutlich höher und die Ausstattung immer noch einfach...
