Dear Sir/Madam, after contacting you several times and complaining repeatedly about the lack of security at the hotel, and after repeatedly complaining about the drunk people who spend the night in the hotel corridor, I want to cancel my stay and receive a refund. Some room in this hotel is a point of sale for drugs. All night long I had drug addicts at my door banging and asking to come in. I complained and your staff said it was the back door that was left open and that it wouldn't happen again. IT HAPPENED AGAIN! THEY TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM AT 2:20 AM.

Einmal und nie wieder
Cons:

Schon bei Ankunft nicht wirklich freundlich. Zimmerschlüssel der nicht passt oder defektes Schloss. Mit Hilfe vom Personal das Zimmer auf bekommen aber es wurde nicht weiter darauf eingegangen. Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben. Flecken auf dem Boden und Heizkörper. Diese waren noch am Abreise Tag vorhanden.
Samstags wieder das Problem mit dem Schlüssel wieder um Hilfe gebeten, ich glaub der hatte mich erst für dumm erklären wollen . Ist dann aber doch mit um es sich anzuschauen. Nach einer halben Stunde wurde ein neuer Schlüssel besorgt, angeblich wer der Schlüssel dreckig.
Sehr hellhörig alles.Das Pärchen das Samstag auf Sonntag Nacht im Nebenzimmer angekommen ist, stand gefühlt in meinem Zimmer jedes Wort hab ich verstanden. Bei ihrem Liebesspiel wollte ich eigentlich nicht dabei sein. Wäre am liebsten noch abgereist. Die Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt.
Als ich das bei Abreise angesprochen habe hab ich nur zur Antwort bekommen das Nächte mal Bitte vermerken das ich Ruhe wünsche.
Es wird in diesem Hotel kein zweites Mal mehr geben.
