Disappointed and Unprofessional.
Pros:

Its convenience in location and surroundings, the relaxed atmosphere but higher level hotel expectations set upon itself, the restaurant and food quality were 2nd to none and privacy of the rooms where u could shut the world out when desired and in peace and quiet recharge your batteries.

Cons:

Finding out id been blacklisted from a former partners disagreement with a prominent staff member. The disagreement stemming from the room and entry keys were faltering and needing to be reset 3-4 times each day . Her outburst was when laundromat keys failed atop this when returning for clothes I felt somewhat justified.Not one of the finest stays. The staff member equally rude.

The Japanese prawns in the restaurant, WERE AMAZING ! It was just a nice place to spend some time.

Go to Aunty Mi's for noodles
Pros:

Excellent location with dozens of restaurants walking distance away, as well as HBF Stadium about 10-15 mins walk away. We were 2 mates so booked the Family room which is massive, huge room and huge bathroom. Very clean, friendly staff, would stay again

Location, price, room size, comfortable beds, clean.

Cons:

Can hear noise from the streets. There were drunk aboriginals constantly fighting and shouting profanity which is very audible in our rooms.
