Near HBF park and not too far from CBD.

Cons:

Housekeeping cant make a bed. Sheets were going the wrong way and pillow sideways (attached photo). One of the times the sheet was half on the floor. Never got clean coffee cups/glasses when housekeeping came through, always had to clean them out for duration of stay. Not a big deal to have to clean but if that's the case a packet of dish soap rather than bath soap only may have been a nice addition. Restaurant staff were extremely rude, asked what their hours were and they laughed in our faces like that was the most ridiculous question we could ever ask. Never ate there as a result.

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing for the price, not too far from CBD. Staff is friendly, restaurant inside the building open late and the breakfast is not expensive.
