Fin de semana estupendo en Toledo
Pros:

La ubicación fantástica.

Cons:

Instalaciones anticuadas con tv pequeña en un lateral de la habitación lo que hacía incomodo de ver. No me gusto nada que estuviera situado en el piso bajo. Me pareció caro para la calidad que ofrecían.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

They spoke English really well and made us feel really welcome. We arrived super early for them to accept our bags, and 10 minutes later, before we had even left, they let us know the room was ready. This was excellent service. We also left our bags the day we checked out for a long period of time, so thank you to the staff, as well as the bit I touched on in the what we didn't like bit, they supported us well.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and large; the bathroom was lovely.

There was tea and coffee in the room with a kettle and plenty of other facilities.

The location was fantastic in what was a wonderful city.

Cons:

The cleaners should probably regularly clean the jacuzzi bath, as when it was used a lot of dirt came our unfortunatly. This was the main reason for us rating the property lower than 10.

While we are not sure, we think perhaps one of our items got lost while using the bag storage area or within the hotel itself. The hotel staff were friendly and communicative about this, though and really tried to help resolve the issue.

We found the carpet to be quite uncomfortable, and the shower could have done with modernisation.

Excellent reasonably priced hotel and restaurant in a good location. Would love to return.
Pros:

Excellent location at the top of the town close to historic buildings and great views..We received a warm, friendly welcome from a helpful member of staff. Our room was a good size with a large comfortable bed and quality bed linen. Lovely large bathroom with great towels. All was wonderfully clean. As it was out of season we couldn’t find a restaurants nearby so ate in the hotel restaurant. Excellent food, good local wine recommended and a delightful young woman who served us. She also produced a very nice gluten free roll for me. Breakfast was a bit expensive but was plentiful and quite delicious.

Nothing; all very good.

В центре старого города не так много отелей такого уровня))! Есть своя подземная парковка- ооочень большая редкость)! Лифт( для старого здания редкость). Очень приличный завтрак)! За свои деньги очень хорошо!

Cons:

На третьем этаже( самом высоком) для высоких людей будет не очень комфортно! Скошенная крышы и поэтому приходиться нагибаться)! Хотя номер большой и приятный)!
