L'organisation de la chambre parentale (deux grandes chambres et surtout 2 sdb! Genial), le tres bon restaurant dans l'hôtel vraiment le meilleur repas de notre séjour autour de Madrid

Goede locatie en prachtig hotel.
De receptionist in de avond was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Die van de ochtend chagrijnig. Hij was buitengewoon geïrriteerd dat ik niet wist dat ik nog moest betalen. Schijnt bij Booking altijd zo te zijn. Met vrijwel elke klant hebben ze in de ochtend deze discussie. Tip zeg het bij het inchecken zodat de klant het op zijn gemak kan nakijken en er geen problemen zijn.

Considero que la relación calidad-precio es mejorable. Las instalaciones se perciben algo antiguas y el parking resulta poco práctico, con plazas estrechas que dificultan la maniobra. En mi estancia, una de las toallas no estaba en buen estado y las camas no me resultaron especialmente cómodas. Además, la insonorización podría mejorarse, ya que se perciben ruidos tanto de otros huéspedes como del exterior desde primeras horas de la mañana
