I am not one to write reviews but I had to drop a line when things cannot be left unsaid. This review recognizes the warmth, charm, professionalism, helpful and overall pleasant experience that Azzy provided during my stay. He ensured that we didn't get lost in our ventures outside, provided a review of the hotel amenities and ensured that our needs were met during the stay. Thank you. I stayed at ibis London ExCeL Docklands during my trip to attend the Learning Technologies conference, and overall I had a very good experience.
Although this is a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade with a beautiful view. The view was genuinely stunning — almost like looking at a photo on the wall. It made the stay feel much more special than expected for this category of hotel.
As an Accor Platinum member, I also enjoyed complimentary breakfast, which was a nice benefit and added good value to the stay. Another thoughtful touch was the coffee provided in the room. I usually wake up early and start work before breakfast, so having coffee ready in the room was something I really appreciated.
The staff were friendly, and the overall service experience was positive. The location was also very convenient for my purpose, as I could simply walk to ExCeL London Convention Centre, which made attending the conference very easy and stress-free.
This is not a luxury hotel, but for a budget stay it delivered well in terms of comfort, convenience, and value for money. I would give it 4 stars and would consider staying here again for future events at ExCeL.

The staff were friendly and supported where they could to make The London Marathon an enjoyable day.
Bit confusing with room temperature, had to get up and change it in the night.
the service at this hotel was absolutely amazing and this is mostly aimed for azzy. Azzy was incredibly helpful and patient and was always welling to help us and show us around. Thank you so much for this excellent service. 10/10 experience.
