Perfecte prijs-kwaliteit, wat je verwacht van Ibis
Pros:

De locatie en de prijs-kwaliteit. Het lijkt ver te liggen op de kaart maar met the tube ben je zo in het centrum en betaal je honderden euro's minder.

Cons:

Personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk, vroeg bij het uitchecken ook niet hoe onze ervaring was.

Small but comfortable, clean room.
Pros:

Very good location for the Excel centre and Passport offices.

Cons:

The staff were appallingly rude. The lady on reception just starred at me and eventually said “you all right”
Clearly zero interest or zero training in customer service. Very disappointing for an Ibis hotel.

DCW LONDRA Fuarına şirketlerimiz ile katıldık. Tüm işlemlerde Rory ve Adrian bizlere çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey harikaydı, teşekkür ederiz :)

We attended the DCW London Fair with our companies. Rory and Adrian were extremely helpful to us throughout all the processes. Everything was fantastic, thank you! :)

Won't stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was perfect to where I needed to be for work. Breakfast was nice and it was easy to check in and out.

Cons:

I stayed in a disable room due to no other rooms were not available, which doesn't bother me at all. But the bathroom/shower room was dirty, you could barely open the door - due to all the rust on the rails. the only window in the room was tucked away in the corner so i had to duck underneath a wall lamp and squeeze in to open curtains/window. Air con was not working. And one of the lifts were broken I think and it was this very loud noise during the evening right on the landing opposite my room.

Excellent customer care & response time.
Pros:

I have stayed here in 2024 during one of tbe conferences & was looking forward to my stay again in Mid March, but due to recent unfortunate Geopolitical developments I had to cancel my stay at the last moment . Richie at reservation was very prompt in ensuring that not only I could cancel my booking but also shared his concern about my wellbeing. Ibis London Excel Docklands is excellent as always and never lets you down with their service & customer care. Cheers & Keep it up Team Ibis London Excel. .
