Ordinary 3* hotel in London City. Novotel next door proposed the same price for 4*
Keep away from this hotel. My bag was stolen from the room during cleaning, hotel management was neither able to track it nor to do anything about it. There are no safes or any kind of lockers in the room to secure your valuables. When I asked the reception what is going on they told that the cleaning is done by some 3rd party company and they will drop them an email. Ridiculous!
2 mins walk to Custom House station, ideal location for Silverworks Island. Staff are super friendly, room was immaculate and a good size. Beds are comfy!!
Nothing - we paid a little bit more than we wanted to but that’s just London prices compared to up north I’m sure :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room had a strong odour of chemical cleaner spirits. The shower would turn scorching hot at random and the air con unit/cooling unit didn't work at all.
For over £215 without breakfast just not good enough.
