Accessibility room was not good design. Small space around bed and entrance to toilet/shower was dangerous when wet. Wife had problems with space using a walking stick so heaven help you if you had to use a walking frame in this room. It should not be called an accessible room... because it is not! Do NOT book if you are a wheelchair user.

Convenient stay but nothing special.
Pros:

Close to the cable car, 02, DLR and tube.

Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. The tables were not laid up so you had to find your own cutlery, along with cups and serviettes. The choice of food was not great in comparison to other ibis hotels.

The bathroom was too small.

amazing experience

Hathim who
worked on the front desk of reception is an amazing person he was very kind welcoming us and Esther at the bar had a beautiful and warm energy and was very talkative and had an amazing conversation with me and my mother, i will definitely be staying here again.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Everything from start to finish!!
Initially we made the mistake of entering the hotel next door, in comparison your reception was by far more friendly.
Great bar staff too.

Fine for a night
Pros:

The location is easy to get to, staff were kind and helpful upon check in.
The entrance is very secure

Cons:

The carpets lining the halls were very stained (bleach and drinks etc)
The tv was stuck in audio description mode and was on/off black screen, the air con in our room whilst had the option for warmth didn’t heat up, the milk provided in the room was off and the hairdryer cut out after 2 mins use

Lovely hotel with great staff and good location for what we needed.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful especially the man who checked us in, I wish I’d got his name!!!
