Il letto matrimoniale era molto grande

Cons:

La poca insonorizzazione della stanza e il fatto che c'erano dei bambini che correvano lungo il corridoio di ingresso a tutte le stanze a qualunque orario.
Vicino all'uscita dell'aria condizionata la parete e tetto erano macchiati di grigio/nero (vedi foto).

Nulla di speciale. Comodo se si è di passaggio ad Arezzo.

Lo staff è davvero gentilissimo, la ragazza alla reception simpatica ed attenta.

Cons:

Nella stanza la temperatura non era regolabile nonostante fosse presente il termostato, abbiamo sofferto il caldo tutta la notte, motivo per il quale abbiamo dormito male. Inoltre il letto matrimoniale non è matrimoniale ma è più piccolo, scomodo a mio parere per dormirci in due adulti. La stanza meriterebbe un rinnovo, mobili vecchi e rovinati. Colazione povera.

Ottimo hotel in una posizione comoda per le nostre esigenze, vicino al Centro Congresso che si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Staff molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Le camere e i bagni sono ben puliti. Ho apprezzato la tavola e il ferro da stiro in dotazione nella nostra camera.

Cons:

Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta, ma è una cosa soggettiva, ad altri può non dar fastidio, la porta del bagno è di vetro opaco e non chiude completamente, quindi non c'è molta privacy. Viaggiando con delle amiche c'era questo disagio. Per il resto tutto ok.
