great place for short stay!
Pros:

room is spacious for the price. Bathroom is clean and large. Bed is comfy. They accepts dogs and the fee for the dogs is cheap! For short stay it is perfect. To the Arezzo city center, I cannot say it is walkable, maybe around 40 min. one way, but if you have a car, there is no problem at all.

Cons:

my 2nd stay at this hotel and breakfast was not good at our first stay so I did not take it this time... hope it gets better now.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo albergo per lavoro e oggettivamente non c è niente che non va, accogliente, pulitissimo, colazione abbondante con un ottima scelta. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e fornite di tutti i confort. Lo consiglio

Cons:

Forse l unica piccola pecca e il ristorante non tanto per la qualità il cibo è buono il servizio è veloce forse un po'.....caro ma cmq accettabile
