Insgesamt war fast alles in Ordnung. Das Personal ist gut, aber es ist, als hätte das Zimmer gerade am Morgen renoviert. Als ich das Licht ausschaltete und eine Taschenlampe an Decke und Wänden leuchtete, war ich sprachlos.

Checkin war ohne Aufpreis früher möglich

Cons:

Mit sehr freundlicher Frau Wochen vorher schriftlich früheren checkin vereinbart und bestätigt bekommen. Checkin war dann doch erst ca 14 h wegen langer Anreise. Im Beisein vom Mann; dabei Frage gestellt wegen Orientierung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel für abends, auch für Tag drauf, auch wegen Schnee-Wetterverhältnissen mit und ohne Koffer. Nach ca 5 Minuten wurde ich EXTREM UNFREUNDLICH VON IHM zurück auf checkin 15:30h verwiesen mit der Begründung des hohen Arbeitsaufkommens im Moment und des Stresses und völlig hektisch hinaus "geworfen"!!!! Frau übergab mir dennoch die Zimmerkarte zum Einchecken. Was den Mann betrifft, so war das ein absolutes NOGO für mich als Gast!!!! Das war eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung für mich als Vielreisende, die ich vorher SO noch NIE erlebt habe in Hotels!!! Nur weil das Zimmer günstig war muss man seinem Gast gegenüber nicht an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft einsparen. Fazit: ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden.
