One of the staff, a young man was very helpful and kind, He gave me good directions to get to the hotel from the train station, I thought it looked really sketchy but he assured me that the hotel was great. He stayed on the phone with me until I saw the sign for hotel. I really needed that help and he was great.His name was Kamal. I tried to write a review but it didn't go through. I hope you can give him his due credit for going above and beyond.
