Todo. El personal fantástico desde el minuto uno, la chica gallega un amor de persona nos ayudó muchísimo. Las limpiadores muy amables y responsables. La habitación grande con dos camas grandes y con todo lo necesario.
Se escuchaba un poquito el ruido del tren pero paraba sobre las 10 y empezaba sobre las 7. No era molestia pero es lo único que podría decir

The room was beautiful. I’ve stayed in a few Leonardo Royals and all had stunning rooms.
You could hear noises from the street thankfully I was tired so managed to fall asleep.
I liked everything about the facility, also in particular your staff Michelle at reception desk was very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent room with great comfort and top rate equipment. I will book again.
There is nothing that I can mention I didn't like, however, the hotel could do with an arrangement with NCP car park to have a free car parking. In addition, if it was possible to have a swimming pool.
Lovely hotel, super breakfast, clean
Didn’t realise how close to the train lines it was our room looked right onto the station but the noise was minimal
I loved that the room was air-conditioned; the room service was top notch and fast! After a 24hr trip to get to Glascow, those two amenities made getting over jet lag much more tolerable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I called for a late check out and they even comped me an extra two hours to vacate the room. They also have a little shop in the lobby with snacks and drinks - so convenient!!
I also loved that it was only a 7 min walk from the tram station
The sheets were pretty rough texture and the pillows weren't very soft. I kept having to adjust my pillow because after laying on it for a few hours it flattened then felt like I was sleeping on a rock.

I liked my room. They were very kind to upgrade my room to executive and I enjoyed it a lot. Very comfortable. After a long day of visiting, I was looking forward to returning to the comfort of my room.
