Pros:

The staff were friendly and courteous - the reception staff were excellent, as were the bar staff, especially Gemima.

Needed a drawer at bedside.
Poor service at breakfast - very slow to clear tables as not evenstaff. Staff seemed under pressure due to lack of staff

Good location, lovely hotel, all staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast good choice.
Pros:

Everything was good

Cons:

Only issue we would've like better lighting in bedroom as the sink area in bathroom does not have enough space for doing hair and make up and lighting in the bedroom not bright enough

Great location for exploring Glasgow
Pros:

The location was ideal for my visit. I went to a concert at the Hydro and was so easy to get to by train. Loads of great restaurants and bars in walking distance

The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and so comfortable

This hotel is definitely worth a visit!
Pros:

1 of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was incredible. Great selection of food and drinks. All food was of a very high quality.

An awesome place to stay in. I will definitely come back
Pros:

The location was bang on in city center with a walking distance to many restaurants and the Christmas market. Room was spacious with all the necessary amenities.

Cons:

My room was connected any my neighbors had a baby and they were morning people!!!! Need better sound proofing.. I had an issue with the faucet that bothered me the first night but they got to fixed the next day.

Very enjoyable, lovely city and very friendly, helpful people. Great hotel.
Pros:

Room was excellent although the bathroom was chilly - no heating!
Breakfast was excellent - wide choice, nicely cooked and presented, good choice of breads and pastries.
Location - very central easy to walk to most places. Good choice of things to see- galleries, cathedral and restaurants.

Nothing!
