Hotel its self, really nice, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Location perfect.
Visiting the O2 arena so the location was perfect within walking distance.

Cons:

I thought id booked a nicer room to be honest with a bath, but had a small room, right next to train station. Wow lets just say we had our own wake up call from the trains.. Room was to warm even having tried to play with the air con system, it didn't seem to alter it.
Apart from that everything else was actually really nice, just disappointed with the room location.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very clean, helpful staff

Cons:

Could do with some drawers in the bedroom, as my husband and I were staying for 3 nights there was nowhere to put our clothes other that hanging (only a few hangers) or in our suitcase

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance to train station. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Lovely overnight stay

Pros:

Excellent service. Bus 9 takes us to the front of the hotel. Everything close by. Beautiful view of the bridge

Cons:

Beds are kinda hard. Hard to control the room temperature or maybe it takes a while to heat who knows

Nice clean place to stay, stayed for leisure and fulfilled that role!
Pros:

Central location, clean and tidy. Nice to have bits like coffee/tea etc

Cons:

Lighting wasn’t great! Plus the air con was incredibly loud so that wasn’t great. Could do with a mirror directly above table
