Pros:

Breakfast was very good. And staff also very good.

Cons:

Rooms facing street...I preferred the railway view and it git lots iff sun in the afternoon.

Ideal location for a short visit to Clydeside
Pros:

Second stay under present ownership, friendly, and efficient. Generous provision of refreshments in comfortable room. Excellent location for rail access, helpful luggage storage before and after checkin.

Lovely hotel and great location
Pros:

Room was really clean and spacious. Lots of towels, tea and coffee etc. Bathroom was a good size with a bathtub. Bed was comfortable and plenty pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The only small issue was my room overlooked the railway tracks near the station but it actually wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be.

I will return as I likerhe area and the breakfast food
Pros:

This is the Second time I have stayed here. Room was very comfortable, bathroom facilities are excellent.
Breakfast was delicious.
First time I stayed I couldn’t have a shower as I had a broken wrist, this time I managed one, it was a bit complicated trying to get shower to work the way I wanted but once it did it was lovely.

Cons:

The bedroom doors bang loudly when guest come in and out.
When I stayed for a night in October the breakfast staff were very friendly and engaged with the guests especially at the fresh omelet stand.
This time staff barely spoke to guests, they blethered away to each other though. At the omelette stand the maker asked my order and nothing else.
