The bar meal wasnt great

Room was spacious, beds were comfy and although the view was to Central station train tracks, the windows didnt let any noise through.
Although we did not ask (didnt put the sign out) for cleaning during the 2 day stay and didnt leave the towels on the floor, they were changed anyway. Would have preferred if we were allowed to choose whether new towels are needed

Very modern, clean and comfortable.
Although the location was in an area where we could access where we needed to be by walking - the area itself was a bit run down and not reflected in the standard of the hotel.
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, convenient for the SEC and shopping in Glasgow. The bathroom was nicely set up with a very good shower. Good facilities.
It would have been good to have a central light in the room.
It was a great location central and easy walking distance for everything. Staff were brilliant especially the breakfast maitre’d what fabulous banter. Clean comfortable room, communal areas well equipped, restaurants and bar area pleasant, gym ticks the box
Hmmm I’m being petty the reception team on arrival didn’t advise us of all facilities available or that check out would be 2 pm due to room grade. When booking check out was emailed as 11 am. The dead flowers at reception desk
I liked the size of the room. The hotel lobby and environment were very welcoming and clean. The room itself was clean and had lots of space. Location very central and easy to find from the train station.
The guests in the next room played the TV or music very loudly at 6:30 am which disrupted sleep in the morning. Could have more soundproofing and also better lighting in the room.
The room and location were good to very good.
The choices of food on the menu were good and there was a well stocked bar area.
The staff were too busy talking to each other to notice customers.
They forgot my drink order with my meal and we had finished the meal before I had to chase them, and when I went to the bar they instantly remembered my order, but were having personal conversations between themselves so forgot, but did apologise.
I asked for a couple of biscuits in my room, as I had the "do not disturb" sign up during cleaning, and the man who attended the room looked like it was too much of an inconvenience for him and only gave us 2 biscuits.
The staff were the only let down of the whole stay.
