Comfortable and great stay

The hotel was very good would recommend

I booked 2 nights could only stay for 1 because off a situation.never got offered a discount or voucher was disappointing as it was an expensive stay

Is it too hard for Leonardo Hotels to be more environmentally friendly?
Pros:

I had a spacious and comfortable room, the building offers amenities and comforts that I like to have when traveling: lounge with comfortable chairs, gym, etc.

Cons:

Leonardo Hotels don't seem to care about the environment. I did not find any indication throughout the building that made me think they recycle, limit waste or have any environmental awareness. I was not given an option to opt out of having towels or sheets replaced, packaging included plenty of plastics and single use (new) cardboard. In this day and age when we are aware of the impact of traveling in our Carbon footprint, waste and pollution, it is time for all hotels to actively promote green alternatives and contribute in all possible ways to save the planet.

Room was lovely very clean and amenities plentiful bottles of water coffee machine biscuits and more

Cons:

Lift was a bit confusing at first should be able to just activate it outside lift with room card also lighting in room could benefit from a brighter light in bathroom for makeup ect
