Well maintained, modern motel with all the conveniences
Pros:

Clean and modern. It had a lift to access the upper level which many similar styled motels don’t have. Friendly and very helpful reception staff.

I’ve been here before and will be back!
Pros:

The grounds on the interior of this motel are tropical and lovely, each room on the ground floor has its own little patio. There is a nice restaurant on the premises.

Cons:

The outside steps beside my room were very dirty and stained. Not a good look!

Good central location, nice balcony, bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

With taxes/fees this room was over $250/night. This was a very basic old motel style room with wood rot along the bathroom baseboards and the toilet paper holder wasn't even attached correctly, and the bathroom had a sewer smell. The bathroom definitely needed updating. We recently stayed in an a beautiful Westin in New Orleans for less than $250/night. C'mon Santa Barbara you can do better.
