Great, quiet night’s sleep.
Pros:

Location was great, bed and pillows very comfortable, room was very clean.

Cons:

Waited a good 3 mins for check-in staff to show up. She was quite unfriendly to the man waiting in front of me and he left irritated. Not friendly to me either

Staff was friendly but they don’t clean the rooms
Pros:

It was in a great location. Autumn was very polite

Cons:

Our room was dirty. The bedding had hair all over it. The bedding was not changed from the last guest. There was an open water bottle and a medicine cap on the counter. The bathroom was not clean. There was an old bottle of body wash in the shower and dirty towels on the counter.

Everything looked new and was very clean. Located in a nice quiet street but close to food and shops

Pros:

Room was clean. It was quiet. A/C kept it plenty cool.

Cons:

Screens in windows were in need of repair. The trash in all of the outdoor trash cans was full and over flowing. Outside appearance was “tired and worn out”. Inside was nice and clean. Sheets were good thread count and very nice. dove amenities were nice.
