Room was clean, great location,very quiet,staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
I did not like the fact that the TV in the room only got 3 channels. The front desk lady came up did all the normal steps of rebooting etc. Nothing worked. By the time she got ahold of a manager and offered a dofferent room the kids were asleep. What is upsetting was I had to go the rest of the evening with only 3 channels and not good ones I might add. There was no discount offered,not expecting and did not want free but a discount would of been a nice gesture since the kids were asleep and was not going to wake them to switch rooms. Staff was polite and apologetic. It was just disappointing that a evening of relaxing watching some TV peacefully without kids arguing or talking on the phone with their friends did not happen.
Easy to access off I44
Front staff was not the most friendliest. I did come in at 1:15am. I had to call to get checked in. When I called the staff was just around the corner of the front desk. They heard me come in and have conversation with my daughter.
Clean, good breakfast close to the event I attended
I had a handicapped bathroom for my husband. No walk in shower although tub was shorter than normal. But the tub was extremely slippery even for me who has no issues. They need to remove the tub and put a walk in shower. Did have a shower chair and the railings. But failed on the tub. Also there was something wrong with the tv. Went on and off and we couldn’t understand what people were saying like it was garbled.
The convenience of the location. It was near everything!
The breakfast was great, too! They had a huge selection of foods.
Our room smelled a little weird, almost like old cigarette smoke. Maybe the people before us smoked and their belongings just made the room smell of it. An air freshener would have helped. Other then that, it was good.
The location, staff and cleanliness were exceptional!
