Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel colonial unique. Le site est paisible avec ses espaces verts où nous pouvions nous promener en toute tranquilité. Le personnel était très aimable. Finalement, que dire de l'architecture unique de cet emplacement où chaque chambre est différente. Un séjour à refaire éventuellement afin de pouvoir expérimenter les soins de spa.
el spa esta delicioso vale la pena, los masajes, el lugar es muy bonito para una noche disfrutar el spa, tampoco hay muchisimo que hacer dentro de la hacienda asi que considero que una noche es suficiente.
el servicio de meseros puede mejorar tienen mucho personal pero no estan atentos, una noche pedimos un vino para cenar y trajeron el vino pero tardaron horas en traer las copas, las pedi 4 veces y me tuve que parar a decirles

La presita con al agua super limpia, las alberca y los jardines. Todo el lugar es muy agradable para disfrutar con la familia. lo recomiendo

Spa jacuzzi was warm. We asked to turn up the temperature but nothing changed. Steam room very good
El edificio, la locación, los jardines, el restaurant. en general todas las instalaciones, las mantienen muy bien conservadas.
La comida no me gusto mucho, el desayuno muy bien . En cuanto a los servicios no fueron claros en que consistían y me hicieron pagar algo que no deseaba. Y también en cuanto a una aclaración que quise hacer con suficiente tiempo en m i reservación se echaron la bolita entre el operador y el hotel y la única perjudicada fui yo y eso no se vale porque si fue con bastante tiempo.
