The property was clean and good location. Our room had a horrible view,
we arrived around ,4pm. I went to the front desk and asked if qe could move, was told they we fullly booked. I know all the people had not arrived, you wiukd think she could have changed the room. I don't think she cared to help me I was very disappointed

The property is well maintained and very clean. I was checked into a room which I used just before I had to go out with my family. When I got back tired and in need of a shower, my key card didn't work and someone else was in my room. I had to go to service desk and complain only to find out I was checked into the wrong room. I thank God I did not leave any of my personal items in there before I left. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.

The person that checked me in was rude! If I hadn’t already paid for the stay, I would’ve left.
You can tell that the hotel needed a little TLC.
