Stay was trash. Checked out right after we checked in.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing about this place was like able! Front desk service was ridiculous, check in was worse.

Cons:

Front desk service, the room was dirty. Had roaches all over the place place. Notified th front desk and they blew me off. The beds were dirty, a table with no chairs. The tv reception was nonexistent.

I checked out as soon as I checked in! Regardless of the price. Do NOT book here. Even last resort sleep in your car before sleeping here.

Pros:

Nathan on the front desk was excellent always conversing with us and giving us helpful hints. The whole staff was very nice. Everyone was courteous.

Cons:

One elevator, not much room getting off elevator on the upper floors. Morning breakfast was good but not much room in the good area.

Yeah I will not be staying here again due to my above statement.
Cons:

The afternoon and evening staff were in front of the entrance door smoking and feeding birds and squirrels. They also allowed what appeared to be homeless people coming inside for beverages. Not a good impression for this hotel.

Poor quality. Disappointing for a short 12 hour stay.

Cons:

There was construction that wasn't posted prior to booking and the hotel called with our accommodations all wrong because they needed our room. I had initially went to the wrong hotel and when I got to the correct one the lady at the front said I wish you would have called to stay there because we are over booked. The hot water was shut off in the morning when I tried to shower. I tried to wash a load of laundry after someone had just completed a load. I paid for laundry soap and the washer then it was out of order. It took maintenance forever to come and look at the washer which could never be fixed. I wasn't offered a refund for the $5 I spent on the machine.

Location staff and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Very minor but I ask for a receipt and even though I did make my reservations by third party I never had a hotel tell me no. To me the front desk was to lazy to print it for me. I didnt argue as it was christmas day. She was the only staff not very pleasant. Everyone else were excellent
