Not happy due to not being able to check in on time, had to change rooms 3 times and then they tried to keep our inciden

Not really anything special. I feel like they are overpriced.

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we got there. Then when we could check in the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Went to front desk and they moved us to a different floor to another room. When we walked in there were other peoples belongings in that room. We had to go back to the front desk and have them get us another room. The AC in that room did not work properly. They also took a $100 incidental fee, which was fine but had to fight for a month to get it back. Personally would not stay here again. As of today my friend still has not gotten her incidental fee back and it’s been almost month ago.

If my family is ever in need of somewhere to stay in that location, it will definitely be at this motel.

Location was perfect. Close to Cape Canaveral.
