Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a great location for my needs.

Cons:

Certain products were not refilled in the bathroom. For example, there was no conditioner left in the bottle in the shower. Also, the air conditioner rattled all night and made a sound like a coffee percolating. Lastly, I went to purchase breakfast and they had already started to close up the bistro before the official closing time, but I could only purchase a coffee and was hoping to buy food.

Great hotel, but very hard to get a reservation on special days.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend to be with our son during his college graduation. The hotel is located very conveniently close to the college. The facility has all the amenities you would need at a hotel. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, most importantly very clean. The only problem is that you need to book almost 11 months ahead of any special times such as parents weekend or graduation. The hotel also keeps a waiting list, but it is definitely a very long one and very hard to get. You are lucky if you can stay at this hotel. But it is the best hotel in town.

It wasn't horrible but there needs to be updating at the hotel.
Pros:

Good location. I didn't eat breakfast there.

Bathroom smelled musty. No places for charging phones/laptops.

Pros:

The people were great, the building is comfortable with great common areas, and the room was really nicely laid out. The only suggestion I'd make is to improve the pillows in the rooms - more filling, please!

Smelly room.
Pros:

The entire facility seemed lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. My TV didn’t work. Staff could be seen smoking outside a side door. My room smelled like cat urine.
