Enjoyed my Stay, 1st visit to ND
Pros:

The Breakfast is a great addition to the stay and provide many more options that I had expected. It was a very busy week, but the lobby and pool area were always well maintained and generally very quiet and accommodating.

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

Staff was great, front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

No so good - no more stays with this chain
Pros:

No soap in the shower - shower leaked pool was murky and over chlorinated - staff was helful but the attention to detail is not there

I like it because of ease to I 94. It suited it's purpose which was a quick layover on our trip
Pros:

Easy access, near gas station & restaurants. Enough parking for our truck and cargo trailer

Cons:

The bed was very hard. Our room was missing some to the soap, conditioner and body gel. When we asked for some we were told they were out of body shampoo but she did give us a bottle of conditioner.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Friendly helpful reception staff. I booked the one queen bed room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice small frig. Desk with chair. Internet worked great. Large TV with a large selection of channels. Quiet. Hot breakfast was very good. Large selection to choose from. Cookies are provided in the evening. Easy check in and out.

The room was clean and very comfortable! The staff were very kind.
I am very satisfied with their customer service.
I highly recommend the hotel to anyone.
