no elevator
The breakfast was different all 3 days we were there and very delicious.
The toilet was very very low to the ground and very difficult to get on and off of. Also the bathroom sick faucet would spray all over when you turned it on. The bathtub also did not drain during showers

Fireplace didn’t work in the room.
Location was fine, close to groceries. We had to add an additional day due to a snowstorm. It was done without an issue. It would be nice if there'd be a 3 night discount. Staff very easy to work with, extra towels brought, use of pizza oven shared, even the cutter!
In room whirlpool VERY slippery! Cleaning chemicals or just poor design?? People with pets who were inconsiderate by letting their animal pee at the main entrance, you know, where people walk?? And since we had a snowstorm, it was quite noticeable. Breakfast was meh at best. Hot food was prepared in microwaves, coffee bar was cold.
