Lage, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück für Allesesser sehr gut, Rezeption immer besetzt. Verschwitzter Kopfpolster wurde getauscht.

Cons:

Frühstück für Veganer wenig Auswahl, Gurke,Tomate, Melone, allerdings war Hafermilch vorhanden. der Boden im Zimmer wurde während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht geputzt/gekehrt. Einteilige Matratze hat jede Bewegung weitergegeben.

Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre unweit vom Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm eingerichtet, Wir sind zufrieden und können das Hotel empfehlen.

Great place to stay in centre of Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and location is really centric. We had only one night before leaving Azores and returning home, but I would really recommend the place. We couldn't have the full breakfast due to our very early flight, but the staff prepared us yogurts and cereals plus coffee and tea which was much appreciated. Although it's in old town where buildings are older, there is a modern elevator which is super helpful when you have big and heavy luggages.

Perfect for our Ponta Delgada stopover
Pros:

Location was very central. Room was clean and sufficient. Glad to have a kettle and a fridge. We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The only thing was the electrics in our room kept short circuiting and we had to keep resetting them. Would prefer a walk in shower. But everything as. described.

Big beds, location, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

I found the staff to be unwelcoming, no hi or goodbye or hope you enjoyed your stay with us. Being Canadian we look for friendliness at hotels and restaurants. Also you need an ice machine
