Son emplacement

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Il faut demander une ouverture de robinet pour en avoir.
L'eau chaude de la machine à thé est infecté, goût très prononcé de chlore
Une fuite dans une chambre du 2e etage et pas de réaction immédiate du personnel

Pros:

Location and staff - very helpful! My flights got cancelled and they were extremely helpful with anything around flexibility and transportation (and translations to Portuguese with the airport ;) )

I would go back because of price and location knowing that the staff might lag customer service skills.
