Room was dark and not updated at all, staff was nice and professional. I've stayed here at least 10 times and the place is going down hill but I see you are going to do some renovations.

Clean and comfortable
Shuttle service from airport was fast & the driver, Nathan was excellent. Courteous, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel & Savannah.
Hotel is situated beside a nice restaurant, .Sam Snead’s. All the staff were very good
Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast quality was poor with little fruit, no infividual yoghurts and only Coffee Mate beside the coffee urn

Needs deep cleaning and updated
We had a first floor room. There was plenty of room for parking. The room was spacious and clean.
The rooms didn't have individual microwaves. We wasn't aware construction would be going on at the hotel during our stay. On our way to the hotel (about 3 hours out) we were called for payment and was told if we didn't pay by 6pm it was a possibility that our reserved room would be given to someone else needing a room because they were having to turn people around due to rooms being sold out. I explained that I was driving and couldn't give him that information at the time and his response was drive safe but I would need to pay by 6. When I came to a stopping point I called the hotel for 1.5 hrs straight, but no one ever answered. I also reached out to the 800 number, they attempted to dispatch but I was connected to AI. When I finally arrived and explained the phone situation to the receptionist she stated "that weird" and never attempted to figure out what was going on.

It is located off of 95 which is good
The hotel is looking worn. Needs some deep cleaning. Handprints on the wall, hair on the soap dish in the shower, breakfast area was horrific. Food was not appealing. Hot food was very greasy, avocado was not in proper holding container, tortillas were hard and not kept in proper container to keep them soft.

Proximity to airport without noise from planes.
Clerk suggested a room change from king to queen. I accepted to make it easier to sleep in one bed and deal with suitcases on other.
I believe it was room 127-
Walked into bleached parts of sectional on suit cushions and dark what looked like oily stains on back of sectional.
Moved to sleeping area and right bedside lamp had no shade.
TV selections poor to average.
This morning when I went to reach for hair dryer under sink, a raw piece of unattached wood fell down.
The atmosphere everything was excellent room was clean and smelling great
Now I did have an issue I had to wait 40 minutes upon getting in my room they were having technical difficulties with the computer I already booked and paid for my room in advance but the system would allow her to move forward but the young lady was patient and tried her best but the system still didn't respond so she gave us a room and leftva message for her manager when she comes in that morning
The room was spacious. Staff were very friendly.
I have no complaints.
