Great location on a canal, very good staff who arranged great transportation to our cruise ship that we requested, good breakfast and again very good dining room staff.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé dans Venise permettant de tout visiter à pied.
Chambre très spacieuse avec une bonne literie (literie dure).
Personnel de la réception accueillant et aimable. Un immense coup de coeur pour Daniele qui nous a donnés de bons conseils avec toujours sourire et bonne humeur.

Cons:

Nous pensons que le Petit Déjeuner pourrait être amélioré s'agissant d'un 4 étoiles.
