Pros:

Ubicación excelente. A 4 minutos andando de la Piazza de San Marco, pero en una zona relativamente tranquila.
Teníamos una suite con vistas al canal, muy poco ruido y la cama muy cómoda.
El personal muy agradable y atento.
Muy recomendable.

Lovely hotel but disappointed we were charged for a classic double although the room wasn't
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel location was also excellent with exceptional restaurants nearby;

Cons:

We booked a classic double room but were given a disabled room on the ground floor but realised we were still charged for a classic room. Unfortunately the bar was not open as the member of staff had just returned from holiday.
However our stay was still enjoyable

Pour un hôtel sans prétention mais bien placé dans Venise
Pros:

l'Emplacement : à proximité des points d'intérêts, lieux touristiques sans être trop bruyant.

Cons:

Le personnel aimable mais pas très présent dans l'Hotel
Le petit déjeuner non compris dans la chambre correct mais sans plus

Pros:

Vista spettacolare, le camere si affacciano sul canale. Le stanze sono spaziose, letto comodo, nel bagno c’è la vasca con funzione idromassaggio, ovviamente c’è il wifi. In generale tutto ottimo; sono stata una sola notte e mi sono trovata bene.

Ein perfektes Hotel, für einen Städtetrip / Venedig !
Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt renoviert (geschichtlich aus der gotischen Zeit), Zugang ein wenig versteckt über einen Innenhof / Vorgarten, der Frühstücksraum / Bar mit direktem Blick auf den Kanal. Viele Details / Bilder lassen die Nostalgie aufleben. Die „Seufzerbrücke“, ein paar Schritte….
Alle Hotel-Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (mit Begleitung zum Hotelzimmer bei der Anreise !!!)
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, das die Gegend doch ruhig ist, gute Restaurants gleich ums Eck !!!
Die nächste „Wasserboot“-Haltestelle …400m / Verbindung zum Bahnhof !

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré les petites réserves émises. Nous le recommandons.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé et se situe dans un palais magnifique dont la façade principal donne sur un canal. Le hall qui jouxtait notre chambre au 2ème étage est époustouflant par sa taille, ses ouvertures sur le canal, son mobilier. On pouvait s'y tenir pour lire, travailler etc sur les nombreux fauteuils ou canapés.
Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans un sous-sol donnant sur le canal d'où les passagers des gondoles de passage peuvent vous saluer. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et servi par un personnel très sympathique.
Le directeur de l'hôtel que nous pensons avoir croisé à l'accueil est très affable et a répondu efficacement à une sollicitation de notre part.
La chambre était au calme.

Cons:

La dame qui se trouvait à l'accueil à notre arrivée et notre départ n'est vraiment pas chaleureuse, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire !
La chambre, donnant sur le patio (ce que nous savions à la réservation) est plus petite que nous le pensions mais le lit est très spacieux et confortable, ce qui est le principal.
En revanche la salle de bain est totalement désuète, la robinetterie, très vintage, ne fonctionne plus très bien (douche/baignoire). La baignoire "balnéo" est un "plus" agréable au retour de journées de longues déambulations, mais "accuse son age" elle aussi .

Pros:

palazzo storico incantevole. camera decisamente GRANDE, con tanto di disimpegno!! letto un king size comodissimo, bagno grande e pulito ,la posizione, poi, strategica! costo della camera sicuramente onesto, che dire, quando tornerò a Venezia prenoterò lo stesso albergo. grazie!!!
