L’unica cosa che ho apprezzato il personale alla reception.

Non mi è piaciuto essere presa in giro. 172€ senza tasse di soggiorno e SENZA colazione UNA NOTTE per avere una stanza orribile in un palazzo completamente in un’altra via. Palazzo dove si trovano appartamenti di gente che vive lì molto datato. Hanno cercato di rendere nuova la camera ma per il prezzo che ho pagato non ha alcun senso! Una presa in giro. Tra l’altro anche la posizione non è il top. Comunque è 15 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco. Tutte cose normalissime ma non per il prezzo e la qualità della stanza! Tutto quello che si vede e si legge è riferito al palazzo principale non a questa stanza da tre stelle pagata come chissà che cosa

Wir werden nur das Hotel buchen, kein Anderes.

Das beste Hotel in Venedig, wir waren schon 6 mal in der Stadt in verschiedenen Hotels, aber es war nie perfekt!

Cons:

Rooms look nothing like the pictures and are pretty shabby and cheap. Refrigerator doesn’t actually cool anything. But the canal. It’s were nice and it was clean.

Excelente hotel en ubicación inmejorable

La ubicación, las camas, el personal de recepción, el chico que te ayuda con las maletas....
Es una habitación enorme, perfecta para una familia de 4. Es clásica, tipo palacete pero con comodidades modernas como el suelo de tarima o la presión del agua perfecta.
Ambiente súper tranquilo para descansar después de un día de turismo.
Si quieres un taxi acuático puedes pedirlo a la puerta porque tiene embarcadero.

Cons:

Cambiaría la bañera por una ducha grande con mampara que no dejara salir el agua, ya poniéndome exquisita.
Se puede mejorar la calidad y variedad del desayuno pero bueno no está mal.

Très cher pour la proposition , mais très bon emplacement, nous venons souvent, mais ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Les chambres proposées (on a visité 3 avant de choisir) à l’étage très spartiates , l’éclairage, les meubles et la deco très glauque. Les salle de bain trop vieilles
On a préféré une toute petite chambre plus intime mais décorée avec du rouge et dore très Venise.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner (femme) pas aimable, froide, qui vous presse, bref pas sympa du tout
