Relaxing stay in good location
Pros:

Nice room, good location and reasonable price.

Cons:

Shame it was quite noisy on saturday night from the next door club. Not the hotels fault but soemthing to consider.
Sunday was quiet by 9pm.

La ubicación excepcional, el desayuno delicioso, el gran servicio del personal, la marimba en el desayuno estuvo genial y contar con el estacionamiento, El concepto excepcional. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

Que la alberca no tenía agua climatizada como se anunciaba y mis hijas se afectaron un poco de la garganta y de gripa. También nos pidieron desocupar el espacio del alberca por una cena romántica que habían reservado, lo cual nos cortó un poco el flow a mi esposo y a mí ya que él sí estaba disfrutando de la alberca.

Attractive contemporary design but relatively uncomfortable accommodation
Pros:

The numerous bars, dining rooms and public spaces of "El Sueno" are very attractive, many displaying a strong 21st century style and design. Our "King" room was also striking in design, and it was relatively large. However, for reasons detailed below, it was not really comfortable, and it's probably better to look at El Sueno than to stay there. We can't recommend eating there either: the dining areas were virtually deserted, and we preferred the much busier places near by.

There are positives: the location of the hotel is very convenient; our room was properly serviced each day; the bed was comfortable; the front desk was staffed day and night; because the restaurants and bars were empty, our room was quiet; and the WiFi Internet was good. In mid-February (daily low temperature about 8 degrees centigrade) initially there was one light blanket, BUT at our request they brought two additional blankets.

Cons:

Our room had no windows -- there were, however, two translucent panels facing on to the internal courtyard.

There was one narrow closet. The clothes bar was at least two meters above the ground and the clothes hangers were of the kind that cannot be removed; very inconvenient except for pro basketball players.

Our "King" room did have a mini-bar refridgerator and a tray with a variety of alcoholic drinks for sale. However, there were only bathroom glasses. More significantly, there was no hot water heater (electric kettle) or coffee maker, no cups, no cutlery or crockery of any sort. No micro-wave or other electric appliance. The room seems well suited for drinking cold alcoholic beverages.

Pros:

Ein sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtetes kolonialgebäude mit viel Charme. Sehr schöner Patio, stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Frühstück kostet extra ist aber sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein, umgeben von Zimmertüren. Da mag man nicht gern planschen. Die Spa-Einrichtung ist eher etwas für den schönen Schein. Eine Kaffemaschine im Zimmer wäre toll.

The pool! Booked it for the pool. It was small, not very clean, and under a cave. Would've liked a spot somewhere in hotel to relax in morning sun.

La decoración la limpieza, la tención del personal, que pudimos hacer check-in a las 14.00 hrs, buenas opciones para desayunar en el lugar, la ubicación y el concepto del hotel.

Cons:

Mis amigos que ocuparon la habitación Nahui, padecieron la noche: me refirieron que un colchón de una de las camas dobles estaba muy rígido y un poco deformado; la otra cama doble crujía al menor apoyo.

la chambre est grande, équipée d'une table et chaises, d'un fauteuil.... d'un bureau et d'un frigo. L'hôtel est joli. bien situé

Cons:

la piscine n'est pas très propre, à l'ombre donc froide. Nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisé.

Really lovely hotel that is in the perfect location with beautiful aesthetic.
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Puebla, walking distance from everything. The room was super spacious, including the bathroom. Well stocked with lots of towels, additional toilet paper, toiletries, etc. Beautiful views and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Cons:

I was told I could check in at 3:00 pm, and I was not able to check in until after 3:30 pm. The door was also a little tough to lock - this was an easy fix and when I reached out to the front desk whatsapp number they quickly responded and showed me how to lock the door.

Stadthotel in zentraler Lage mit dunklen Zimmern.
Pros:

Stadthotel in Zentraler Lage. Große Zimmer mit sehr hohen Decken. Kühlschrank, Großer Dusche, Kostenlosen Parkplatz, freundliches Personal, ruhig in den Zimmern. Spa Massage war gut und ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel. Es gibt quais keine Fenster und kein Tageslicht. Die Fotos erscheinen bei bearbeite da sie viel heller wirken als es in wirklichkeit ist. Der Pool ist kalt und da keine Sonne den Pool erreicht kann er sich auch nicht aufwärmen. Das Jacuzzi auf dem Dach hatte kein Wasser. Die Dachterasse mit eigentlich einer schönen Aussicht war nicht benutzbar. Das Frühstück wird nicht vm Hotel selbst angeboten, sondern von einem eigenständigen Restaurant - Qualität war nicht gut und man musste lange warten.
