It's a beautiful hotel and room. We enjoyed the location and explored the town with ease. The check in and out is easy, with helpful staff (some could help us in English) The bed is spacious and comfortable. If I visit this part of Mexico again I would definitely stay here. We had a short stay so we didn't get to experience the hotel spa, restaurant and rooftop area, but we had a walk around and the facilities looked like it would be a great add on if we stayed longer.

駐車場が少し離れているので、雨の日はたいへんです。

Me enamore del lugar, cuando vuelva a Puebla sera mi primera opcion.
El hotel es precioso, la comida del restaurante es muy buena y la ubicación está inmejorable! La habitación era muy grande, cómoda y súper bien decorada
La alberca estaba fría. Nos dijeron que el restaurante de hotel cerraba el domingo a las 10, llegamos a las 9 y ya estaba cerrado! Pedimos ayuda para preparar el jacuzzi de la terraza y nos dijeron que había que avisar un día antes, cosa que no nos dijeron cuando llegamos
Really beautiful premises and a spacious, comfortable and relaxing room. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very central location that made it easy to walk to numerous points of interest, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
