The breakfast was a nice start to the day. The location was convenient.
Swimming and people
Nothing
Noisy. People were outside our room laughing talking until 2am
Location and staff (when arrived and next day - not when I left (front desk guy)).
Bathroom was dirty, floor sticky with foot prints on the floor, shower was dirty, water was difficult to turn off. The bed sank to the middle. Pillows were terrible - had standard size pillows on a king bed- too small. I spoke to the front desk and they told the cleaning staff. Cleaning staff didn't not clean the dirty bathroom. They didn't empty the trash cans, nor make our bed. The room could of had another chair - too much open space. VERY DISAPPOINTING considering what I paid a night.
Was given a room of lower class and expense yet was told they cannot do anything to a Booking. Com reservation! I feel that was total BS!! Housekeeping never once stepped foot in our room on Thursday. The manager told me that he had to give them the holiday off! Excuse me!!! Hotels and motels are a 365 day service. Also.... The room was disgusting! There was poop stuck to the sides of the toilet. We reported it but nothing was done. The poop was still stuck there when we checked out on Friday morning, November 28, 2025.. I feel certain I was overcharged as we did not receive the king studio that I paid in advance for. I have also charged $20 each day that we were told would only be charged if we charged anything to the room. We did not charge anything to the room but it is going on Tuesday, 12/01/2025 and the $40 has not been credited back to my card. I know it's not a lot of money but it is principal!!!

Clean and nice people but loud AC made it hard to sleep
Clean bathroom floor, only had 1 pillow on sofa (not sure where others were), stains on carpet, staff took 15 minutes to check in
Entire hotel needs a facelift
We enjoyed our stay. The first night we couldn't watch TV because there wasn't a remote. It was taken care of the very next morning. Very clean facilities and the staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't as goid as other Fairfields weve stayed at around the country.
The Fairfield Inn of Aiken SC was clean we were met with friendly check-in staff and the housekeeping staff was equally as friendly. The morning morning breakfast staff was just as friendly and when we were checking out we were greeted by a front desk clerk who greeted us in the same friendly manner. The rooms were clean, as were the elevator and the breakfast bar. The breakfast was hot and yummy. Full of a variety of both hot and cold choices to choose from. We will definitely be back to stay here again in again in the future as our needs arise bringing us to Aiken overnight.
