The staff members were very smart, kind and professional. If sometimes I visit Berlin, I would stay in this hotel with great pleasure

Cons:

The curtains do not fully block out the light from the hotel’s exterior lighting, as light leaks in from the sides, making it difficult to achieve complete darkness in the room. Additionally, the housekeeping could be improved — there was an old, torn, and dirty coffee packet left behind, which was disappointing.
