A good value for money choice at a most central location
Pros:

Very central location at Berlin's most famous shopping street, Ku'damm, everything at one's feet, metro, tram, buses all around, very kind staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. There is also just across the hotel entrance a very nice greek cafe with lots of delicacies, and a Dean&David eaterie with options. Also a nice big and cheap supermarket named FIT around the corner.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of sewage coming either from the bathroom or the lavabo, at times.

Konum mükemmel, ulaşım rahat, otel konforlu.

Cons:

Tuvalet kapıları yalıtımsız, aralıklı yani. Küvet ayrı bir bölümde değil, duşakabin de direkt cam. Yani odayı bölen bir duvar var fakat her şey ortada😅 çocuklar ile bile gidilse duş vs için organize olmak gerekir. Berlin'e uygun bir tutum olmuş.

Die Lage ist 1A! Direkt am Ku’damm und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super zu erreichen, dennoch ist es in den Zimmern ruhig.

Cons:

Am Empfang ist mir eine Dame aufgefallen, die wirklich sehr freundlich war. Bei allen anderen hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man als Gast eher stört.
Darüber hinaus scheint das Hotel ein Sicherheitsproblem zu haben. Mit meiner Zimmerkarte ließ sich (das habe ich zufällig herausgefunden und auch gleich dem Hotelpersonal mitgeteilt, das sich von dieser Tatsache zum Glück gleich überzeugt und eine Umprogrammierung vorgenommen hat) auch das Nachbarzimmer öffnen. So etwas ist meines Erachtens ein absolutes no-go.
Schade auch, dass es keine Hotelbar gibt.

The shower cabin had mold all around the little tub on the floor, with some clor applied, it could go away. The minibar is empty. You receive 2 small bottles of water at your arrival and that’s all.

Cons:

30 euro voor een ontbijt is echt belachelijk veel. Ontbijt was goed, maar zeker geen 30 euro waard. Slechte zaak om daarmee verrast te worden na vertrek van een fijn verblijf.

Hier buche ich gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, meines war sehr ruhig. Da auch ein ausreichend großer Schreibtisch vorhanden war, konnte ich dort auch sehr gut arbeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage unweit des Bahnhof Zoos und des Theater des Westens hervorragend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht auf den Ku’damm hat sich gelohnt :)Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Cons:

Ein Paar Sachen wie Teppich und Silikon Fugen und vorallem den Teppichboden könnte man renovieren und erneuern ansonsten entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen
