Weird breakfast experience, strange room layout and barely functional AC, but decent location and clean room
Pros:

I booked my five-day stay with Hyatt points. Upon check-in, I was informed that breakfast was not included. No worries; there are plenty of options immediately outside the hotel. However, when my friend joined me the next day, he was told that breakfast was, indeed, included, in our rate. Weird, but the breakfast staff confirmed it the next morning. And then the same breakfast staff reversed course on our last day, saying it wasn't included, after all. A little bit of consistency would have gone a long way.

The room itself was clean and generally well-appointed, but the layout was extremely inefficient. For example, there are two TVs, mounted back-to-back on a room divider, but while the first one can be viewed from the bed, you can only basically watch the other one from the wardrobe (which is about a meter away) or from the very corner of the room next to the bathroom. The bathroom itself has a fairly small shower compartment and a separate toilet, but about 2/3 of it is completely open (and useless) space.

Beds were predictably firm, but adequate. No USB chargers, which, for a modern hotel in 2026, is a definite oversight. Overall, it's a decent enough value and I would probably stay there again if the rates stayed the same (as some may know, Hyatt has recently devalued its point program, so the 7500/night I paid may end up being 10K or even 12K), but probably not at a higher price.

Es war ganz gut und ich würde es nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, regionale Produkte und vielfältiges, ausreichendes Angebot.

Cons:

Ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer im Sommer bei Hitze wäre schon gut gewesen.

czysty hotel przy Ku'damm, akurat przy tej bardziej ruchliwej i hałaśliwej częsci. Ogólnie sympatycznie.

Cons:

Do czego naprawdę służy brak drzwi do łazienki??? Przeszklone są bez sensu, ale zupełny brak drzwi to jakiś absurd. Tym bardziej, że łazienka jest między drzwiami wejściowymi a łóżkiem. Pokój ma dwa łózka pojedyncze, więc nie jest tylko dla młodych par chyba? Przemyślcie to bo to naprawdę zaczyna irytować. Gdy ktoś się myje nie da się wejść do pokoju...

30 Meter abseits des Kurfürstendamms ist das Lindner absolut zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Frühstück: top. Personal phantastisch.

Cons:

Teppiche in Gang und Zimmer... sollte man ersetzen.

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super Komplettpaket

Die zentrale Lage. Das saubere Zimmer mit großem Bad, das Personal und das große Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren viel zu dick für den Sommer und die Klimaanlage brachte trotz kühlster Einstellung keine Abkühlung des Zimmers.

Das Hotel war ideal, nah an verschiedenen u und s bahnlinien, Frühstück sehr gut, personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einzig Teppichboden mag ich nicht im Zimmer. Aber das ist schon jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Caution for future bookings - The hotel is not safe for your belongings and we were robbed of money in our bags. Not one or two bags but from three bags. Surprisingly the staff only suggested to call police as they can not do anything about it.

There are no cameras in cordidors and no way to monitor it's staff. We are sure that around 700 EURs has been taken from our bags by housekeeping staff but maintainance staff protected them by deleting the data about those accessing our room while we were having breakfast.
