Convenient but very expensive
Pros:

It was in the center of where we needed to be. That was very good

Cons:

There was absolutely no place to park. So we had to paid for parking. Not so good. Also the elevator was very complicated, being you needed the room key to swipe inside the elevator. Each time I had to go back to the front desk, with issues with the room key and the elevator. I did get annoyed

Pros:

Excellent hotel facilities including room and room service. Great location for us as daughter studies in GT.

Cons:

Staff at front desk on some night shifts were not very pleasant to deal with.

Pros:

The property was secure and convenient to everything my children and I needed access to.

Cons:

I wish my room had a microwave and the coffee machine wasn’t quite clean to use. There was built up residue that I couldn’t quite get out and wipe out without having a cleaning solution so I was unable to use it.
