Beside gtech
My flight was delayed, so I was unable to arrive on the scheduled check-in date. As soon as I learned about the delay, I informed the hotel in advance that I would not be able to check in that day due to my missed flight. Despite this prior notice, the hotel charged me the full amount for both nights.
When I arrived the following day, instead of showing understanding and hospitality toward a guest who had been stranded in transit for an extra day because of flight disruptions, the staff were reluctant to honor my existing booking and provide me with the room I had already paid for. The entire experience felt more like harassment than a warm welcome.
Furthermore, the hotel refused to refund the amount for the unused night, even though I had informed them well in advance as soon as the flight delay became known. I found the handling of the situation to be disappointing, insensitive, and lacking in basic customer service.
Clean and nice. Parking and check in was easy. Great breakfast buffet and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and first rate service and accomodations while staying at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center last weekend. We enjoyed a great breakfast and a nice relaxing atmosphere that was in a ideal setting in Midtown Atlanta. Highly reccommeded.
Hice la reserva online a las 10 de la noche, avise sobre mi hora de entrada, y cuándo llegué no podía entrar, la puerta estaba cerrada y no había personal del hotel en la entrada, ni valet ni recepcionista, aún cuándo dicen tener recepción abierta las 24 horas. Tuve que caminar entre la puerta, el parqueado y al rededor del edificio buscando si había una puerta alterna, todo ésto con mi equipaje y a media noche en una zona que no es agradable a ésa hora. Estar 20 minutos tratando de entrar para poder descansar después de un largo día, es algo que ya te daña la estadía antes de iniciar; y para terminar de completar una recepcionista antipática que ni siquiera ofreció disculpas por lo sucedido. Para mi el servicio es fundamental, es el valor diferencial, y después de ésa mala experiencia no lo tienen; sólo se trata de un edificio con instalaciones normales, algo que cualquier hotel tiene. Nunca volvería ni recomendaría ése hotel con nadie,

A bit more care cleaning the rooms, random hair was found on the pillow and near the soap in the bathroom. The large light representing the school did not work.
