The manager and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the surrounding areas is safe to walk at night. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the reasonable price paid, and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

wath we didn't like is the mothballs smell when we enter ln the room

Great location!
Pros:

Our first stay in a Sevice Apartment. This place is in like new condition. Very clean and comfortable for two persons. Great location with many food vendors and restaurant around. Short walk to the main post office and Ho Chi Menh City museum. Rate is reasonable with good security. Will come back on our next visit.

We had a great stay. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The servicing of the apartments is brilliant, we had fresh towels daily and drinking water refilled when needed. Great stay.

施設は少し古いが清潔に保たれている。シャワーを出る所の足拭き用のマット？が汚なかった。4泊したが1回も替えなし。
バスタオルは毎日交換してくれたが、かなり年季の入った物（笑）
2階の部屋だったからか、蚊とチョウバエが少し出てました。ゴキやアリは出ませんでした。
部屋にタンク式の飲料水が有る。どの位で交換しているのか？中身は？？と、少し疑いつつ普通に飲んでました。
値段を考えれば満足です。

4泊しました。
フロントの方は英語が話せる方と話さない方いらっしゃいましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。
どちらの方も笑顔で挨拶を返してくれました^^

最終日は飛行機の時間までスーツケースを預けることもできました。

部屋は防音性が高く、広々としているのでゆったり寛げました！
アパートメントタイプなのでキッチンがあり、買ったフルーツを切って冷蔵庫で冷やしたり、テイクアウトしたものをレンジでチンすることもできます！

場所が中心地から微妙に離れているため、主要観光地を徒歩で移動することは難しいですが、グラブタクシーが発達しているためそこまで大変ではありませんでした。
