A 5 star convenient hotel in Bukit Bintang area, just across a big shopping mall and culinary area.
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Almost nothing, but if there is….just a parking space or drop off area, limited.

The location, the view from the hotel room as well as the spacious and clean room. The bell attendant are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The furnitures in the hotel and room are quite old. The mattress is too hard and the pillows are too soft and over-used.

Pros:

Staycation weekend at the Westin because of its ideal location.
Room due for an upgrade as furniture is dated.
The Club lounge is huge with decent drinks and food. Service was good.
Breakfast at the cafe was good with plenty of choices.

Disappointment with Westin KL
Pros:

I enjoyed the soft and smooth bedsheet together with the scented oil provided to help you sleep better.

Cons:

The lobby and the common areas, the corridor looks dated. The toilet in the room is also dated. Upon entry to the room, you can smell stale air. Certainly not value for money. It's no longer a 5 star hotel
