Close to everything and staff was very helpful and friendly
This hotel is showing its age but a convenient place to stay if you want to spend time in the Golden Triangle area. Can see wear and tear on the carpeting and some of the furniture in the room. Lobby for this hotel seems to be quite dull and clustered as usually Westin lobbies are spacious , airy and with wide open spaces . Food offering at the club lounge during evening cocktails are decent. Also room for improvement on the cleanliness of the eating utensils as can see coffee stain still on the coffee cup and stain on some of the plates. Breakfast spread is wide but quality could be improved as the teh tarik and Nescafé tarik from the container is lukewarm and need to be heated up. Hope the hotel can improve its hardware and offerings in the near future .

The executive club isn't really worth the money
It's not bad at all, but I probably wouldn't pay extra for it again.
The location is just perfect across the Pavillion and not far from Fahrenheit. I have three nights super smooth sleep and indulged with so various sumptous dishes..the staffs are super friendly and helpful..they welcome you as not only a guest but a family. Shout out to all staffs there. Jamil was helpful..Hasyvini Kumar or Hash is an excellent lobby ambassador..She told me where to go and by what mode of transportation..it is helpfull when my portable wifi was left at hotel, I just need to jot into bus persiaran from KLCC Suria, ..a few minutes later..I already arriving at the westin hotel. Thanks Hash..The room is so spacious and sparkling clean.All amenities is provided with heart..nicely arranged and in a good quality. I will be back there again one day..

It was amazing experience been in the pool side having a cocktail thanks to Rahmad his the bar Man his kind and polite. The hotel was amazing highly recommended.
We had a wonderful four day stay. Great location right beside a huge up market shopping mall with a huge choice of dining locations.
The hotel staff are friendly and professional. A special mention to Said in the club lounge who was very knowledgeable and informative about KL. He also organised all our transfers and a super upgrade to the Presidential suite. The suite was huge and had amazing views over the city.
The club lounge is large but can get busy. A wide selection of food in the evening with a designated chef all evening.
Vince at the bar makes the most wonderful cocktails.
Breakfast in the lounge was large and varied. I loved the lentil dal and home made roti. ( terrible for my diet but I did eat it every morning!!!!)
May be a little tired but the space and friendly and professional staff make this a truly wonderful hotel.
Had a wonderful experience at the Westin in Kuala Lumpur. Rooms were kept immaculate . Our view was great. Staff were very helpful especially Rahmad from the Pool area. Made me a lovely espresso martini under my instruction. Location would have to be the best in KL.

Nothing everything was fantastic
The location and staff of the hotel is great. So it is near most of the facilities around.
But the hotel looks a bit old, maybe because it is renovated more than 10 years ago. And the hotel land occupancy is not big so the facilities like swimming pool are small. Breakfast is also not so decent but only satisfactory.
The pool is nice and there is a table tennis table. The pool staff Rahmad is kind.
