Great luxurious Hotel in the heart of KL!
Pros:

Location, helpful staff, pool, Club Lounge.

Cons:

The cocktail bar which didn’t open until 4pm was absolutely freezing! We tried it twice but extremely cold both times, even the staff agreed!

Nice hotel, ridiculous customer service
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

Being contact 4 days after we checked out asking us to pay for an extra bed when we had booked two rooms for 5 people and only space for 4 of us to sleep.

فندق رائع ومناسب للعوائل . على شارع بوكيت بنتنج وقريب من المولات والمطاعم والمحلات . افطاره منوع ولذيذ وموظفينه متعاونين وشكرا للاخت شيلا عدنان المديرة المناوبة.
