Amazing experience this is my second time I stayed here the kids love the pool so much the staff Nithya Splash was so helpful

Really nice one, for sure will repeat. Staff Rahmad were so friendly and treat us really well at the pool section. Their morning bread pudding was really a hit!

From the room, to the club lounge, to the staff and whole experience was underwhelming. The cost of the room felt a robbery compared to the quality of lounge experience, staff attitude and effort to the overall experience, very poor. Unlikely to stay here next time
Not enough option for breakfast
Highly appreciation to En Rahmad (pool supervisor) for giving great service. Chef Arfizan and sous chef Chef Irwan for your hospitality and great food. Last but not least all F&B staffs and all concierge staff for your excellent service during our stay. Thank you for the birthday cake as well. Definitely we will come back.
Wanted to write about how good Nithya was in the Splash bar by the pool. Excellent service and was something memorable that I had to go on and review.
Wonderful stay with friendly staff (special mention of Kavi, Najib and Mani), good food and great location.
