Sukhvin and Hash were the highlight of our stay and are the reason we’ll be returning to The Westin.
Pros:

After a terrible start to our trip, The Westin Kuala Lumpur completely turned things around. Travelling with a 1 and 2 year old, we arrived exhausted and stressed, but from the moment we checked in we were met with genuine warmth and kindness.

A special thank you to Sukhvin and Hash, who made our stay truly memorable. Seeing them each day was such a delight. They always greeted us with a smile, took the time to chat with our family, and made us feel so welcome. It never felt like customer service it felt like genuine care.

My family absolutely loved staying here, and by the end of our trip it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning to Kuala Lumpur and won’t hesitate to book The Westin again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Our stay was fantastic
Pros:

It was very clean and close to the shopping mall and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and very professional and polite.

Sometimes the lifts were very busy we had to queue and wait.

Pros:

I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the excessive noise from motorcycles and vehicles during the late-night hours.

The noise between approximately 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM has been extremely disturbing and has significantly affected our sleep and overall comfort during our stay. This situation has caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort.

I kindly request that the hotel raise this matter with the relevant city authorities and local enforcement agencies so that appropriate measures can be taken to reduce this disturbance and improve the environment for hotel guests.
