Nuit très décevante dans cet hôtel pourtant classé 4 étoiles.
La chambre était petite avec une télévision minuscule (environ 60 cm), ce qui est loin des standards attendus. Aucune bouteille d’eau fraîche n’était mise à disposition dans la chambre.
Autre point négatif : aucun accès à une terrasse le soir pour prendre l’air, seulement le parking, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.
Nous avons également découvert par hasard, à seulement une heure de notre départ, qu’un spa était disponible… aucune information ne nous a été donnée à ce sujet à notre arrivée.
Enfin, une équipe de hockey d’environ 40 personnes était hébergée en même temps que nous, ce qui a complètement saturé le petit déjeuner. Impossible de se servir correctement, tout était pris d’assaut. Une meilleure organisation aurait été nécessaire ( service à table ou salle dédiée pour cette équipe).
Bref, une première expérience qui sera aussi la dernière. Très déçus.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing for both choice and quality. The restaurant, the corridors and the hall are beautiful and gives a good atmosphere.

Cons:

The sheets seemed not enough dryed after washing and had some moisture smell. I guess it was because of the unusual very wet weather during the last month.

Une halte agréable avant de monter en station, que nous fréquentons avec plaisir chaque année.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour accéder aux stations de ski. Les parties communes sont très joliment décorées. L’accueil est agréable.
Chambre confortable et salle de bain moderne. Animaux acceptés..

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre un peu sommaire : crépi peint aux murs et plafond. Pas de bouteille d’eau en chambre ou de fontaine à eau dans le couloir. Une déco murale sur le mur en face du lit serait appréciable.

l'acces à l'espace détente est un peu loin, et passer par tout un couloir de chambre est un peu étrange sur le moment.
Isolation des portes des chambres avec le couloir à revoir peut etre.
