It was great I recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

I love the location everything was nearby and the staff was great .

Cons:

The air conditioner barely worked it was on its last leg. That's the only complaint I have .

Pros:

I liked the seemingly garden set up, and the room was comfortably laid out even though it was very small. Nice and quiet, even though it is near two local malls. Within walking distance to Tiongson Arcade. Grateful for the water dispenser.

Cons:

The road to the property was dusty, and a lot of people/residents and tricycle drivers seem to loiter around, felt a bit unsafe.

Good For Transient Stay
Pros:

Its location is very good, you got everything in your immediate vicinity.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
I liked most the floorings on the room, it look hygienic and luxurious, to some extent.
For a hostel, this a good budget-friendly type of accomodation

Cons:

I cannot control well enough the air conditioning, tv, and the bathroom heater.
Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent. Those room floorings I mentioned were hard to dry out.
The shower head is too close to the door, so the water easily spill outside the cr.

The property looks a bit different than the main picture, oh they have smart tv and AC so that’s really good

The mattress was very dirty , the toilet was extremely small
