Overall stay was good and would come back to the property if I come to Gensan

It is a good place for budget travel.
Pros:

It is away from the main road. You will not hear the noisy vehicles.

Fine for its price
Pros:

The place is clean and just a little smell on the sink of the bathroom but I just spray my cologne. The door of unit 5 so hard to open just repair that doorknob it gives hassle to then occupants. But still the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

It’s remote not along the highway and it’s crooked road going inside the hotel not even tricycle wanted to come inside.

It was great I recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

I love the location everything was nearby and the staff was great .

Cons:

The air conditioner barely worked it was on its last leg. That's the only complaint I have .

Pros:

I liked the seemingly garden set up, and the room was comfortably laid out even though it was very small. Nice and quiet, even though it is near two local malls. Within walking distance to Tiongson Arcade. Grateful for the water dispenser.

Cons:

The road to the property was dusty, and a lot of people/residents and tricycle drivers seem to loiter around, felt a bit unsafe.
