Quite and great dinning.
The musty stale smoke smell was gross
The female staff are amazing very helpful, especially with the need to swap rooms as I needed a shower that I could walk into because of mobility needs. Something that was requested at time of booking. Matilda in the breakfast bar is so helpful and welcomes you with her bright engaging smile. Reception (female staff) advised they will attend to a couple of our concerns and thanked us for the feedback.

Stayed 2 nights to go to Davis Cup. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Reception was friendly and helpful and our rate included a nice buffet breakfast.
There is onsite parking - the spots are narrow and some a little tricky to get into.
The property is located near the race course and Parramatta centre is about a 20 min walk
Convenient location to Olympic park. Not a lot around in the near walking vicinity though. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Close to racetrack, pubs and servos. Has a pool that was quite warm considering the rain that was had. Great little spa. Nice breakfast with good choices. Friendly staff. Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Full size fridge with freezer, dishwasher and 2 tv”s. Balcony overlooking race track with city views. Quiet
The hotel was clean but I was disappointed with the horrible decor, rooms just cold furnishing wise and awful pictures on the walls around the hotel.They should get a real artist to draw or paint as they are an insult to the Art world.

Had a fantastic stay at Nesuto Parramatta! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after throughout my stay. Location was super convenient, close to transport and local spots, which made getting around easy. Great value for money and a really enjoyable experience overall.
The first room that was assigned to us the minute you walk through the door , wifi don't at all inside . They told me to move to another room and the wifi works really good .

Love this property its my favourite from everywhere Iave been.
Half the price you would expect to pay in central Sydney. A two minute walk to Rosehill horse races. Bus 920 at door, ten minutes to Parramatta train. Kudos to helpful Evelyn and great big frozen portion at reasonable cost. Microwave , bath and washing machine in the room. Amazing!
