I didn’t like that the bank card details were taken before the stay. Money was charged incorrectly, but the mistake was later clarified and the money was refunded.

Metų metais renkuosi rafinuotą Novotel Vilnius viešbutį esantį pačioje Vilniaus širdyje. Atvykus, pasitinka draugiškas, operatyvus viešbučio personalas. Kambariai tvarkingi, su vonia kuria maloniai pasimėgauju. Pusryčiai delikatus, dėl kurių verta šokti iš lovos. Šiame viešbutyje jaučiuosi visuomet saugiai ir užtikrintai.

wonderful!
Pros:

the staff was wonderful, informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful food was warm, fresh and a wonderful variety. rooms were comfortable and clean, great location to explore the city on foot or by Boldt.
