Nice waterfront location, large suite with lots of space, staff were friendly. Easy garage parking for a fee. Beach town vibe although there is little actual beach but a very nice waterfront promenade. 15 min. walk to pier. Many restaurant options within this walking distance. Our impression was that housekeeping was a big priority as staff seemed to be constantly cleaning the hotel areas and our room was spotless. Hotel had an adjoining coffee shop with heated outdoor seating area which was nice on an October morning.

Cons:

No complaints, but be aware there is an active railroad along the waterfront.

Another great stay at Ocean Promenade
Pros:

Great room and amenities. Strong wi-fi and great cable. Loved the kitchen and dining room table, along with the chairs and table out on the deck. Entire space was very comfortable.
The hotel is located near everything we wanted to do yet out of the hubbub of Marine Drive. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying there.

Suggest if you are staying two or more nights and your budget allows, book a King Studio.

Cons:

Well, there are the trains running through at all times during the night but they didn’t really bother us. Parking can be a little tricky.
