Very convenient, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Rooms are really quiet. We worried that there would be Street noise etc. But it was very, very we quiet. Rooms are also very clean. And the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was on the first floor and we didn't really have view much of a view. We probably should have spent a little more if we wanted a view. Other than that everything was fine.

Overall good...could have been a bit better.
Pros:

Location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

We had fruitflies in the room even after the cleaners came in to spray. They were many and just one spray and clean would not be enough. The cobwebs up around the ceiling were thick and had obviously been there a long time.

Great hotel, especially if you like the sea and trains
Pros:

Very nice suite overlooking the water. Comfortable bed. Good coffee shop open in the morning.

Cons:

Our room also overlooked a very busy train track between the hotel and the sea, with regular trains all night.
For the price a light complimentary breakfast would been appropriate.
