Pros:

Excellent location, free parking in public car park close by.
Relaxing atmosphere especially in the iner court yard.
Helpful and attentive staff.
Good choice and quality for breakfast.
Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Shower leaking in the bathroom, we reported this, it attended to very quickly, it didn't solve the problem but improved it, bathroom would benefit from an update.
Toiletries poor, only one dispenser for hair and body, small bar of soap.
Blackout curtains would be a great improvement.
Plastic type matress protectors made a noise and the sheets move.

Bellissimo palazzo storico nel centro del paese , la sala ristorante e colazioni

Cons:

La stanza , dovrebbero avvertire che alcune stanze standard hanno solo una piccola finestra in alto su strada , capisco che si tratta di edificio storico ma non lo avrei scelto con questo tipo di sistemazione

Beautiful hotel with lots of character
Pros:

This is a really lovely hotel. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of great design touches. Loads of character! It’s perfectly placed in the old town, very close to a huge free car park. The staff are delightful and the breakfast is an excellent cold buffet.

Vacances dans un très joli hôtel, dans un petit ville romantique.
Pros:

Les conseils de randonnée, la possibilité de prendre un verre dans le cours intérieur, le personnel du restaurant était super, l’emplacement du hôtel. Dommage que le temps ne permettait pas de baigner dans l’océan.

Cons:

Comme notre chambre donnée sur la place, la bruit de la place était très présente.

Lovely hotel with a big car parking problem.
Pros:

Very attractive building and well equipped rooms. Excellent adjoining restaurant. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Car parking is a nightmare. The recommended car park was closed on 4 of the 5 days we stayed, because of rough seas that also caused the busy main road traffic to be directed through the centre of the town via the front of the hotel. All of this made access and departure very stressful and difficult. We parked 15 mins away.

Geweldig!
Pros:

Fijne sfeer, relaxed, prachtig authentiek gebouw, mooie ruime kamer, heerlijke grote bedden, zitjes op de binnenplaats in de zon, heerlijk ontbijt, uitstekend restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. En dat alles op een toplocatie in een mooi, rustig stadje met meerdere goede restaurants. Aanrader!

Beautiful boutique hotel with a warm atmosphere
Pros:

Hotel LIVVO La Quinta Roja is a beautifully renovated historic house located right in the heart of Garachico. The inner courtyard is absolutely lovely and a perfect place to sit and relax in a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were not only very friendly but also made me feel genuinely welcome. Not the typical polite but impersonal service you often experience in larger hotels, where you feel like just another guest. Here you can really sense that the team enjoys their work—at least that was my impression. Breakfast was also prepared and presented with great care. It was refreshing to see the difference compared to the standard “mass buffet” of big hotel chains, where there may be more choice, but everything often feels rushed and uninspired. I also appreciated the small, thoughtful gestures, such as receiving fresh mineral water every day—these little details really make a difference. The hotel’s own restaurant, Silogía, is excellent and should definitely not be missed. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The room I had on the ground floor was quite dark, as it only had a tiny window, that was also partially covered. However, I was told that all rooms are very different, and that other rooms have larger windows and much more natural light. For a future stay, I would likely opt for a room category above the standard one, which would allow me to stay on the first floor and avoid any potential noise from upstairs.

Agradable desconexión.
Pros:

El desayuno nos gusta mucho, bastantes opciones. Que haya zumo natural de naranja recién exprimido es de agradecer y el entorno para desayunar es idílico. Personal muy amable y el hotel tiene muchísimo encanto. Siempre repetimos.

Cons:

Podría haber más variedad de quesos canarios y panes de mejor calidad en el desayuno. El tema del aparcamiento puede complicarse depende la época y la hora del día.
