It’s below average compared to the price you pay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Wash room wasn’t clean, WC flush didn’t work, telephone line don’t work in the room. Also, were given a ‘room with balcony’ where the balcony was blocked and the area was wet and dirty.

Reasonably priced but you are getting a little less than what you pay for
Pros:

Location was fine since Niagara is not that big of a city anyway. Everything was close.

Cons:

Worn down property. Bathrooms are not in the best shape.
ACs work but are pretty worn down.
Overall property needs quite a bit of renovations.
Staff was quite helpful for the most part..

Good to stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
