Dommage, pour un établissement de cette qualité de ne pas donner une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, et de n’avoir aucune fontaine d’eau gratuite y compris au restaurant.

El baño de la habitación muy pequeño en mi opinión el retrete casi no tiene espacio para sentarse bien, luego el aire acondicionado no tiraba lo suficiente y se pasaba bastante calor.
El personal, siempre atento y muy amable . El lugar maravilloso.
Las instalaciones habían sido reparadas con un lavado de cara, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba , la nevera no estaba conectada, precios en el hotel exageradamente caros…

En cuanto a la limpieza, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. Durante la noche, mientras mi pareja se estaba cepillando los dientes, apareció una cucaracha sobre el lavabo y, poco después, encontramos varias más en la zona del váter. Lo comunicamos inmediatamente en recepción, pero la única respuesta que recibimos fue que lo limpiarían, sin ofrecernos ninguna otra solución.
Mi pareja tiene una fuerte fobia a las cucarachas, por lo que ambos pasamos una noche muy angustiosa y prácticamente no pudimos dormir, ya que temíamos que pudieran aparecer más en la habitación. Como consecuencia, no pudimos descansar ni disfrutar de la estancia.
Es cierto que la comida nos pareció buena, pero la falta de limpieza y la gestión de esta incidencia hicieron que nuestra experiencia general fuera muy decepcionante.

The view was just amazing out of our room, good selection of breakfast and dinner/lunch. The area with the pool is very nice, and the staff of the hotel is amazing. Every evening there was a live band which was amazing to have while having your drink and watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Tenerife!
