Great place for holiday
Pros:

Wonderful view, great pools and very nice staff. Great food and a good idea with adults only, especially at the pool.

Cons:

The waiters at the Breeze bar have the tendency to mess up the orders but finally it was ok.

Cons:

Mucho ruido en la habitación, nos tocó la 5 planta y tanto por la noche como por la mañana muy temprano se oía como rodaban las camas balinesa y tumbonas

Vue exceptionnelle !
Pros:

L’emplacement, la diversité des aliments, la vue exceptionnelle et les couchers de soleil.
La salle de sport climatisée.
Les piscines.

Cons:

La musique trop forte jusqu’à 23h tous les jours.
Que les gens s’attribuent des transats autour de la piscine pour toute le journée dès 8h du matin sans forcément les utiliser.
Les activités autour de la piscine en journée : trop de bruit.
Si nous avons choisi un hôtel sans enfants c’était pour être au calme et nous reposer.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war fabelhaft - direkt nach La Gomera. Mit dem Fernglas konnten wir sogar Wale sehen!

Geschlafen haben wir wie Babys, weil die Betten sehr weich waren und die Seite Richtung La Gomera sehr ruhig.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.

Es war einfach ein richtig toller Aufenthalt!

Cons:

An manchen Tagen gab es keine Beschreibung am Buffet zu den verschiedenen Mahlzeiten.

Viele haben die Liegen am Pool bereits vor dem Frühstück reserviert, obwohl dies nicht gestattet ist. Ab 10 Uhr gab es so gut wie keine Möglichkeit mehr tolle Liegen für zwei Personen zu finden. Hier wäre eine Kontrolle durch das Hotelpersonal gut.

Pros:

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, personal muy atento y muy amable (sobre todo Isabella, de recepción), buffet bien surtido, variado y de buena calidad.

Cons:

Mi hija estaba alojada en la habitación 801 y era un infierno. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y la habitación estaba a 27 grados sin posibilidad de bajar la temperatura. La cisterna del WC tampoco funcionaba bien y olía toda la habitación a cloaca. Después de varias quejas y dos visitas de los operarios de mantenimiento le ofrecieron cambiar de habitación la última noche. Se debería haber solucionado antes.

Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen war riesig, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Toll war auch die Aussicht vom Pool auf die Klippen "Los Gigantes". Die Tiefgarage war bei uns voll belegt, war aber kein Problem, weil ein paar Meter weiter ein Parkhaus ist.
