Good hotel
Pros:

Clean, good views , nice pool area

Cons:

Bar staff was very very slow at times… waiters in the bar area were good but behind the bar needs a manager to run the show…. Should also take cash behind the bar and it would save time as well

Un fin de semana inolvidable, con mi madre y hermanos
Pros:

Hemos una estancia fantástica en este hotel. La relación calidad- precio es excelente y supera las expectativas. Las habilidades son amplias y muy cómodas.
La comida nos sorprendió gratamente, por su variedad y calidad. Además, cada noche había comida típica de un país.
Queremos destacar especialmente al equipo de animación, ( Manu, Alejandro, Sofía y a los demás compañeros que ahora no recuerdo sus nombres). Por su gran profesionalidad, cercanía y simpatía. Gracias a ellos , nuestra estancia fue muy divertida , siempre pendientes de los huéspedes y creando un ambiente animado y agradable.
Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaría y al que nos encantaría volver

Cons:

El buffe la comida bien pero yo soy alergica ha muchas cosas y queria fruta pero habia poca variedad. Gracias al cheff que muy amable me resolvio mi problema

Enjoyable but would not do Barcello again

Cons:

WiFi is awful, lost reception literally every 2 minutes and would have to reconnect and this was after technical services visited my room …. Towels and bed clothes are old and need replacing.
