Wunderbares Hotel in unglaublicher Lage
Pros:

Sehr engagiertes Personal, toller Ausblick, gute Buffetgestaltung, tolle Pool-Landschaft

Cons:

Parkplatz musste man sich auf der Strasse jedesmal neu suchen, das Parkhaus war leider voll belegt.

Lage direkt am Meer mit tolleb Blick auf Los Gigantos (wenn man Meerblick gebucht hat). Frühstück wie auch Abendessen war ausreichend und dem Standard entsprechend. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Lage war okay. Direkt Strasse Richtung Nationalpark Teide.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation enorm überfüllt und hoteleigener Parkplatz kann nicht vorreserviert werden. Nahes öffentliches Parkhaus musste genutzt werden.

Deluxe room with a sea view excellent. Breakfast was amazing as were all the staff

Cons:

Could have had a sun blind on the balcony. Parking was an issue as only 25 places on the property which could only be booked on the day. Local Parking was a challenge

Bon séjour au Barcelo qui est un bon point de départ pour excursions vers le nord ouest de l'ile.
Pros:

Très bel emplacement face à Los Gigantes. Parking souterrain pratique. Buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner très complets et variés. N'avons pas pu apprécier la belle terrasse et la piscine car trop mauvais temps...

Cons:

Les files d'attente pour le petit déjeuner ou le diner. Capacité d'accueil du restaurant insuffisante quand par mauvais temps, on ne peut pas manger à l'extérieur ! Pas assez de machines à café/thé ; là encore toujours des files d'attente. Nous sommes allés ensuite dans un autre établissement aux prestations beaucoup moins chères et là les machines à café/thé étaient en nombre suffisant...
Beaucoup de vent dans les couloirs interminables pour rejoindre la chambre.

This should have been a very good holiday but issues spoilt it and reception response could improve.
Pros:

Good room with sea view and hot tub with very large balcony, bathroom small compared with rest of space. The breakfast was good evening meal vast selection of choice but poorly laid out with poor signage, although generally good food might be better with a smaller selection.

Cons:

Long queue for dinner when the outside area could not be used due to weather. Had issues with WiFi not working and hot tub not filling plus a complete failure of all water and power outage to the room on one morning, although they did try to resolve these issues.

* propreté des chambres . Le menage était tres bien fait.
* La vue sur Los Gigantes .
* repas corrects (mais file pour le café, ...)

Cons:

* file pour pouvoir aller diner et ce même le matin pouvant prendre jusqu'à 30-40 minutes.
* l'eau est payante en demi-pension
* 1 seule petite piscine chauffée et la piscine interieur n est pas une piscine mais un spa payant .
* du bruit jusque 00h à1h du matin avec le bar 66 juste en face ( nous étions côté route) .
* pas de parking ou au prix de 20euro/jour ..
* des sofas exterieurs étaient disponibles mais payants en suppléments.
* Le rapport qualité/prix est pour nous trop cher pour ce que c est. Nous sommes déçus au vu du prix payés.
* La possibilité de ne changer qu une fois les serviettes de plage.

Emplacement exceptionnel...la vue, la facilité d'accéder à de nombreux sites autour de l'île (à condition de louer une voiture et de ne pas avoir peut des routes sinueuses)
Le buffet du restaurant : varié, copieux, très bon

Cons:

Notre chambre était confortable mais malheureusement au RDC, humide (obligé d'aérer régulièrement pour faire partir l'odeur de moisissure)...pas de terrasse intimiste ni la vue depuis la chambre...vue sur mer depuis le RDC = vue sur le domaine public avec les promeneurs...dommage
