Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, freundliche Zimmer mitbBad und durchgehend heissem Wasser, auf Sauberkeit wird viel Wert gelegt, gutes Restaurant für Lunch und Diner, gute Lage (Boudhanath Stupa zu Fuss erreichbar) - empfehlenswert!

Overall good hotel for families and people who loves peaceful place.
Pros:

Hotal and Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location were very quiet and rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok with the price for the hotel could have provided more option. Other hotel with the same prices has got better resturants and selection of food.

Need a lift or atlest some body to carry the luggages to the room. We travelled as a family and had lots of luggaes which was bit of a lick out carrying up the floors with the help of the staff. I would strongly recommend this matter to work on in future. Other then that hotel were very quiet, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay with my family.

Great hotel, will come again
Pros:

Great and helpful staff (despite not having an elevator, they helped my dad get up to the stairs + lent me cash when I needed, which of course I returned)

Very good breakfast (don't miss asking for masala tea)

Cons:

I wish they had an elevator (my 80 YO dad struggled with climbing the stairs) + the location is in a very slopy neighbourhood (not friendly for senior citizens)

Pros:

ViaVia is a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful location. It’s off the beaten path, tucked away in a residential area close to the Stupa. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. It was my home away from home and I loved it!
