Pros:

We fall in love with this hotel from check in where a lovely receptionist greeted us with such a warm hospitality and gave us a lot of tips for the sightseeing. Room was very clean and had all the things we needed. Location is great too, in the middle of old town.
Breakfast was good too:)

It was very clean and comfortable. There was AC to ensure the room stayed cool. The hotel is right in the centre of Chur, meaning that it was easy to walk around and the shops were close by.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything about the property that I “didn’t” like, but the only thing I would say is that the rooms are on the small side but you definitely get what you pay for and it wasn’t an issue at all.

Par contre, pour parquer la voiture, c'est un vrai casse tête.
Nous n'irons plus à Coire pour cette raison.

Loved the city but would not stay here again

Cons:

No air con during a heatwave just a fan. No hot drinks facilities. Breakfast was very limited

Awkward to get to my side of the bed. Not enough room with with windows open.
Very hot. There was a fan but it wasn't sufficient.
Perhaps an extra pillow.
It is a bit spartan and institutional when you arrive.

Sehr gutes Frühstück + nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Etagendusche + Etagentoilette und mit einem Dachflächenfenster, was man nicht öffnen konnte, da am Vortag eine Klimaanlage eingebaut wurde. Klimaanlage war schon hilfreich bei 38 Grad in diesem Dachjuché, aber ein Zimmer ohne dass man ein Fenster öffnen kann, ist nicht mein Fall.

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and well equipped with excellent facilities.

Superb breakfast, a delicious selection of fresh and tasty food to start the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming.

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere in town and explore Chur’s beautiful old streets, shops and attractions.

Cons:

All good.
