This is a 3-Star hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The reception area is not on floor 0; that could be an inconvenience for some. Perhaps that's more common than I'm aware in this part of the city.

Great hotel for a short visit to Chur.
Pros:

Convenient location. Near the train station. Offers big room to accommodate all four adults.

Cons:

The entrance is a bit hidden, is actually in the back of the building. There is no air-conditioning, but hotel provided a standing fan (Europe was experiencing a heatwave while we were there), which was a nice touch.
