Parking Fee $25 plus tax daily per vehicle. Limit 2 vehicles per reservation.

Pretty beach, rude staff. Hotel staff is much better
Pros:

The resort amenities were better than anticipated. I like the treehouse. I like the kids pool area. Lots of luggage carts easily available. The beach was very nice although it was a hike from the Pine building. I liked it so much I came into the Sales office ready to buy points without financing the offer. The deal was almost finalized but the staff was not professional and they had many inconsistencies in their knowledge of what was actually/eligible for sale.

Cons:

When I arrived, my room was not ready, that’s OK because I arrived at 2:30 PM. I came back to the desk just after 4 PM to check in and get my room key, but I was informed my room was still not ready. I did not understand because I thought check-in was at 4 PM. The staff told me that check-in starts at 4 PM, but it doesn’t mean your room is ready. I wad upset because I felt misled. One lady was nice, but the rest of the staff was pretty rude.

Pros:

It was very and the view of the ocean was awesome. The location was very convenient and quiet.

Cons:

Rooms say ocean view but not all rooms have a good ocean view. We were on first floor with balcony on the side facing another building and the pools. You couldn’t see the ocean at all from inside the room.

In pictures the balcony has end pieces for decoration and that's main reason booking this room. However, it was just a plain balcony rails on all balconies.......photo of one expected in gallery
