the last stay fire alarms had to leave this stay doors wouldnt work moved us and it was very loud and not a great stay

It was all good...........
Hotel was very clean, stunning views. Staff was amicable. When there were cookies made, they were delicious. Those Denver Omelets were phenomenal!! The cleaning staff were all above and beyond friendly. Hopefully they didn't get upset that we went ahead and stripped the room of the bedding, and put into their dirty laundry bin in the hall way upon our departure. Just wanted to make it a bit easier on them.
Did not enjoy the children running up and down the hallway from the rooms next to us in 309 to 313. Did not enjoy watching those same children climb up the inner tube of the water slide, half the time adults they were with at the hotel were NOT present. Those children could've been seriously hurt!! Grateful to the night auditor to handle the situation with the pool.

Bunk bed room i booked on Booking wasn’t what showed on hotel end. Finally did get the bunkbed room but smelled like chlorine and was stuffy.
Overall clean and staff was friendly.
The mattress was not firm enough and the sheets smelled of bleach to the point it made my skin itch and my sinuses irritated. Also the smell of fragrance in the hallway was over powering.

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect.
The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. But we didn't say anything because we only stayed for one night.
Great staff, nice breakfast
Good swimming pool and a nice area for little ones to play in and get wet without older kids running them over. Good hot tub.
Beds were uncomfortable and hard.
Bathroom sink had some kind of orange stuff around the bottom of the faucet that I cleaned up.
TV had lots of channels, but they all repeated themselves, so really only a few channels were available.
