This was a horrible experience thank God I live here in Pensacola and wasnt from out of town expecting to get something

I stay at this location a lot

Cons:

I booked and paid for a jacuzzi suite and they tried to give me a regular room for the same price not only that but they called to confirm my arrival but failed to mention they were sold out of the jacuzzi suites all for me to arrive thinking I was getting what I paid for to find out they didnt have any more rooms I purchased available.

Decent place to stay , would possibly stay agian with a better room
Pros:

Good price , location was close to options of food and activities, good staff

Cons:

Our room smelled funky , we believe it was the air conditioner it was musty , we were told it ”shouldn’t be” as it’s serviced each week but the moisture bag was full in the closet also

Pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.
Pros:

You can tell this is an older establishment but the rooms are large and well appointed. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Would be nice to have some USB plug-ins for phone.
