Pros:

It's very affordable. Not as clean but okay.
I met 2 staffs. The 1st staff was not so accomodating but the staff who helped us before leaving was helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

1. When we first went inside the room there are no curtains on the windows. I had to ask the caretaker to put curtains.
2. There are no towels. I also had to ask for towels
3. The Water heater in the bathroom is not functioning.
4. We paid cash and they'd tell me they don't have change.
5. It doesn't smell good. It's like you're inside a cabinet.
6. The aircon is very dusty and I had to leave the aircon on the whole just to get the room cold.
7. The beds are noisy.
8. The blankets are small for an adult.

I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away because the room also has a big ant problem they're in the bathroom and in the bedroom the bedroom is not that bad for the bathroom definitely needs cleaning. The wi-fi is very unstable disconnects quite frequently the tv only has one good channel everything else is statically the bedroom curtains are also very thin so lot of might get through and also can be seen through. The front door jams quite often and the back door doesn't have something covering the bottom door to prevent ants and the air from coming in and out so it takes longer for the room to cool. Also the room stone book as nice as they do in the pictures.
