The staff was amazing especially the night staff on the 1/06/26 he was so kind and nothing was to much trouble even when we got back so late from the Harry styles concert!

Posizione periferica ma con stazione della metropolitana north acton proprio accanto. Supermercati e ristoranti in zona. Ottimo il parcheggio interno dell'albergo. Colazione varia e abbondante. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Camere silenziose. Zona piuttosto sicura.

Cons:

Il wi-fi è davvero scadente, si interrompe continuamente ed è lentissimo.

Location clean modern room reasonably priced

Cons:

Had to wait to be booked in on arrival. Told to wait and fill in a form but the staff didn’t come back to us, we had to go back to then as they started booking new arrivals straight in out of order of wait time.
They were unable to cope with several people arriving at he same time even though the hotel advertised its close proximity to Wembley Stadium
The food was disappointing and the bar shut early

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung!
Pros:

Der Check-In sowie Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Tube-Station, man ist also relativ schnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich sowohl ein Tesco als auch ein Sainsbury.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, genauso wie die Betten.

Cons:

Leider hatte die Lüftung einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, weswegen man diese nicht nutzen konnte. Dazu war die Toilette nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Frühstück war okay, jedoch keinerlei Gemüse oder Obst (nur Apfel oder Banane) vorhanden.
