service needs improvement.
Pros:

location was superb. near the tube station,and shops.

Cons:

limited parking space, thus you have to be strategical with it. dusty corners in the room. the electric kettle wasn't working properly, and when we asked reception, there is no spare as the hotel was fully booked during our stay. the keycard wasn't working when we went back to the room after breakfast. we had to go back to reception twice, and when i also asked for assistance from housekeeping, she cannot understand what i'm saying as she said "no english".

Pros:

La struttura è praticamente sopra la fermata della metro, va benissimo per soggiornare 3 notti

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata ma comunque pulita, la colazione potrebbe essere gestita meglio anche se lo spazio che hanno a disposizione non è molto, qualità prezzo comunque buono vedendo le tariffe di Londra

U-Bahn Station North - Acton direkt um die Ecke, Tesco Supermarkt gegenüber, Domino, Papa John's Pizzaservice sowie Chickenland Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, 2 Streetfood Trucks direkt vor dem Eingang zur Subway, mit der Subway konnte man alle Londoner Sehenswürdigkeiten in kürzester Zeit erreichen

Hotel war überfüllt, morgens lange Warteschlangen an der einzigen Kaffeemaschine, teils 15Minuten, Frühstücksraum zu klein für zuviele Hotelgäste, beste Zeit für das Frühstück ist ab 06:30Uhr/07:00Uhr, Frühstücksangebot typisch englisch, zuwenig Auswahl, Rührei ungeniessbar, Personal kam mit dem Auffüllen von Toast, Marmelade nicht hinterher, Toilettenspülung im Zimmer schlechte Funktion, keine Klobürste vorhanden usw., für uns ist dieses Hotel in Zukunft bei dem nächsten London Besuch passe
