Pros:

Tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour. La propreté irréprochable, le personnel accueillant, les chambres très bien équipées, l'emplacement idéal à la sortie du métro, il ne manque absolument rien.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Si j'avais quelque chose à suggérer ce serait de diversifier le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Proche de la station de métro et des bus. Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et prêt à rendre service. Petit déjeuner correct et bon.

Cons:

Notre chambre était côté station de métro. Donc on entendait bien le métro passé. Odeur d'égout au premier usage du lavabo dans la journée.

Pros:

El desayuno muy recomendable.
Muy fácil llegar del aeropuerto al hotel en metro, en general ubicado para fácil movimiento en transporte público.
Justo bajando de la estación se encuentra el hotel, frente a él una tienda de conveniencia para compra de snacks.

Cons:

La limpieza en las áreas comunes puede mejorar

Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y no había ruidos de ningún tipo. Lo mismo la calefacción muy buena, no sentí frío.

Cons:

Mejoraría el desayuno, no vi frutas solo unas manzanas, el primer día que estuve no había yogurt. No ví frutos secos, ni queso ni jamón, un poco pobre.

Pros:

Very good location. Close to station. Close amenities. Good hot breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were very poor. Not a smile on their face when checking in. No customer service skills. Very dry. Really need to do better especially when working in hospitality. Every time my kids and I would walk in and out of the hotel we were stared at with a blank face.

Everything was fine, hotel was clean, bedding and towels changing every day. Beds àre very comfortable. Less than 50m ftom tube, Central line.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit too small. The location is quite far but once your in the train at not that big problem.

A practical and well-located hotel, especially if you need to stay near North Acton or visit someone
Pros:

Convenient location close to the railway/underground station (North Acton), with easy access to central London.
Personally very convenient for me, as my son lives in the neighboring building.
Clean rooms with regular housekeeping. Functional and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast is decent for this type of hotel
Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money for London

Cons:

Breakfast area gets very crowded, especially during peak hours. Difficult to find a free table in the morning
Food is not always replenished quickly, so some items run out. Breakfast selection is quite basic and repetitive
The interior feels a bit dated and not particularly modern. Overall quality of the hotel feels rather average
Rooms can be on the smaller side.

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and neat and I had all I needed in the rooms

Cons:

I didn't get to eat breakfast cos we left as early as 5am to catch our flight. Did not also like the idea that my visitors could not stay with me till 8pm since we were travelling the next day. The second bed in my kids room was not comfortable
