Always a Great nights stay!
Pros:

Stayed for a night. Room was on the 7th floor with a nice view of Madison. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so comfy, clean and warm. Rooms were spotless. Check in and out couldnt have been easier. Free Breakfast with nice hot choices. Have stayed there several time and all were excellent. Close to many venues, short drive to the capital.

This is a really solid hotel if your primary concerns are a safe place to stay with hot water, a decent breakfast, and a quiet room. The hotel in general is older which is quite evident with the rooms being stuck in the 80’s/90’s, but that’s what makes them a cheap option. Some gripes I had with my room in particular:
- It was full of lady bugs.
- The plumbing up to the shower head was really loose, wobbling inside the wall.
- The shower water temp was difficult to manage.
- One light switch and one outlet were old and kind of janky.

That said, I’d stay here again for the price.

P.S. This hotel doesn’t provide flavored coffee creamer - bring your own!

Pros:

Hotel was selected because of its location for work trip. Breakfast was included as an amenity, starting 6 am. I went downstairs shortly after 6 am, and none of the warm or cooked items were ready. I waited until 6:30 and then left for work without breakfast.

The room smelled musty. The lights were controlled by room entrance, which was quite bright, so when you turned the switch off, lamps didn’t work. Toilet bowl had the rust streaks.

Polite staff and good location are the positive things to say about this property.
