Pros:

Camere spaziose, pulite moderne e silenziose.
Il personale del Front office, soprattutto la ragazza, di grande gentilezza sorriso e disponibilità.

Cons:

Ritengo la colazione e la relativa sala colazioni, non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Fuori luogo le sedie in plastica della sala colazioni.
Buffet colazione abbastanza anonimo e non ha veramente senso trovare le brioches coperte da un foglio di carta...
Esistono le Cloche (coprivivande), in acciaio inox, plastica trasparente o vetro, molto più igieniche, oltre a mantenere la freschezza dei prodotti e rispettare le norme igieniche (HACCP). Un vero peccato, perché basterebbe poco per alzare lo standard. Qui il personale potrebbe serridere di più...

Bayıldım. Kahvaltısı çok iyidi, tesis çok temiz ve profesyoneldi. Sadece göz önünde bulunduracağınız şey, Şehre çok yakın değil. Yakınında bir outlet var, orası da fena değil. Yanında büyük bir market var. Ben konaklmamdan çok keyif aldım.

Pros:

Great hotel with nice staff. We chose it due to garage height, it was the only option in the area which could fit SUV with Thule on it, but it turned out to be a very nice stay. Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and front desk staff was kind and helpful.

La Hall.

La struttura ha senza dubbio delle potenzialità, ma la mia esperienza complessiva è stata al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto in relazione alla categoria dichiarata.

L’accoglienza è risultata piuttosto formale e distaccata, senza quel senso di calore che ci si aspetta all’arrivo in hotel. Anche l’ingresso e la hall, pur essendo gradevoli dal punto di vista estetico, trasmettono un’atmosfera un po’ fredda e silenziosa. Una maggiore presenza del personale e una musica di sottofondo contribuirebbero a rendere l’ambiente più accogliente.

In più occasioni non abbiamo trovato personale né al bar né alla reception, elemento che incide sulla percezione del servizio.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata sia nella qualità dei prodotti, che sono risultati piuttosto semplici, sia nell’approccio del personale, che è apparso poco orientato all’accoglienza e alla cura dell’ospite.

Il ristorante, il sabato sera, era chiuso, senza alternative segnalate agli ospiti, aspetto che può creare disagio a chi soggiorna in struttura.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità: il sistema di climatizzazione non era gestibile autonomamente e il termoarredo in bagno non funzionava. Entrambe le situazioni sono state segnalate, in parte risolte, ma puntualmente bisognava richiamare per lo sblocco del condizionatore.. mai visto! Anche il minibar risultava sostanzialmente vuoto.

La posizione dell’hotel è piuttosto decentrata e poco servita, rendendo meno agevoli gli spostamenti.

Nel complesso, l’esperienza non rispecchia pienamente gli standard di un quattro stelle, ma con maggiore attenzione all’ospitalità, alla qualità dei servizi e ai dettagli, la struttura potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente e valorizzare le sue potenzialità.
